I specifically came to this store as they are the only store in the area that sells lumberjack wood pellets for barbecue smokers. These are some of the best pellets you can buy and if you are serious about how you do your barbecue, they are one of only two pellet brands I use with the other one being bear Mountain. The price was cheap in my mind, $10 for 20 lbs, with a nice selection of pellets to choose from. The only other option to get these pellets in our area is buy Internet purchase for a SIGNIFICANTLY more money! Overall, a nice country style store with a huge selection where if you are in the area, you should definitely check them out as I believe this chain is fairly new to Michigan

The showroom is big, clean, organized, bright and pretty well stocked with equipment from John Deere, ExMark, Stihl and others. Travis took great care of us. No pressure, patient and knowledgeable. We spent over 5k but felt we got as good a deal as possible with Travis double checking on rebates and with the manager. The ExMark we bought comes with a good warranty and D&G has good service, so I expect we'll be OK.

( Brandon & Bob in parts Go the extra mile to make sure my parts for repair are correct) Brian the manager & Gus the owner always go out of their way to make sure we are happy with our purchases AFTER the sale and take time to listen to concerns. I have dealt with both Angie and Tom in the sales department and always feel they are giving me their best deal and explain the product thoroughly. My father-in-law who also shops exclusively at DNG for his farm equipment is friends with the owner because they both have the same customer oriented philosophy of making sure the customer is taken care of!

I tried to return the head after two days and they would not work with me at all. They said bc it was used, they could not return it. I asked if they could fix the weed whacker but they wanted $50 just to look at it. For the $60 for the head and $50 to look at it, I should have just bought a new whip for $200 lol. The lawnmower needed a tune up, as the battery no longer worked and it would not start, and we contacted Weingartz to help. They picked up the lawnmower about a week ago, and said they'd call us if the work needed would total over $400. Sure enough, it was over $400 so they called us. My husband and I decided to move forward with the work, which included a new battery, new carburetor, and other things. If we had decided not to continue, the $90 pick up/drop off fee plus the $136 to look at it would have still applied. Our total was about $680 including all of that. It was supposed to be delivered today between 2-4pm, and they texted to say they were on the way. I stepped outside around 3pm to see our lawnmower being driven up our NEIGHBOR'S driveway; I went to go tell my husband and when I came back, we saw the Weingartz truck driving away. It was extremely disappointing that not only did they deliver it to the wrong house, but they didn't even knock on the door or tell our neighbors, presumably - we knocked on their door to tell them we were taking our lawnmower back. Until that point, communication had been good, so that's why they get two stars from me instead of one ... However, between the high pricing and the mishap at the end, unfortunately I don't think we'll be using them again. The cherry on top of all of this: I called them to tell them about them delivering it to our neighbors, and they didn't really seem to care. The person I talked to asked if I wanted to talk to the manager; I said yes; she put me on hold without telling me she was going to put me on hold, and then it went to the manager's voicemail. I don't care about the voicemail part but at least tell me you're going to put me on hold...

We took in a 12 month old Honda lawnmower , purchased from Weingartz, in for service for occasional smoke from the engine. I took in a working lawn mower for service and when I returned to pick up my mower, they said it was not repairable and returned to me in pieces. I would not recommend any purchases from Weingartz as they hold no accountability for the products they sell. The service department experience at Weingartz was one of the worst experience in my life. See photos for how my lawn mower was returned to me.
