Sept 2020...Went into the Mason location where Travis was waiting to help us. We were there to select a new zero turn mower. Not a small purchase. The showroom is big, clean, organized, bright and pretty well stocked with equipment from John Deere, ExMark, Stihl and others. Travis took great care of us. No pressure, patient and knowledgeable. We spent over 5k but felt we got as good a deal as possible with Travis double checking on rebates and with the manager. The ExMark we bought comes with a good warranty and D&G has good service, so I expect we'll be OK. read more

I have always been treated well at DNG, I bought a compact tractor and several attachments. Whenever I came in to service or had to order parts I feel I am treated with courtesy. ( Brandon & Bob in parts Go the extra mile to make sure my parts for repair are correct) Brian the manager & Gus the owner always go out of their way to make sure we are happy with our purchases AFTER the sale and take time to listen to concerns. I have dealt with both Angie and Tom in the sales department and always feel they are giving me their best deal and explain the product thoroughly. My father-in-law who also shops exclusively at DNG for his farm equipment is friends with the owner because they both have the same customer oriented philosophy of making sure the customer is taken care of! read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE!!! BIg monopoly business at its worst!!! The service dept told me my machine was ready fixed, course I went ALL the way there, "oops sorry I read the wrong invoice" turned around went home, 30 min later they call me, "it's ready" Go ALL the way back get it home it's still broken Miss diagnosis on there part, I demanded that they pick it up for free, just the fact that I had to ask them to pick it up for free, what a joke, "the clutch is frozen to the shaft" min 425.00, nope no thx I'll come n get it, the service MGR told me they "were abel to get the clutch loose should be an easy off n on for you" LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE ! to get me to pay the 45.00 diagnosis fee, which I paid on the 1st missed diagnosis on there part!!!! I rarely do negative comments, but in this case I have to make an exception. Used to be this location was knowledgeable, fair priced and good customer service. Not the case any longer. I had several people I know tell me it was different the last few years and not to use them, and I ignored their advice.. What a huge mistake. They still have a lawn mower of mine under hostage. I will not pay for the repair, they can have the mower, as it is a very old, but excellent running mower, and needed the handle fixed. I asked for an estimate twice. Said I didn't care what it looked like, I knew Toro parts would not be available from the year before when I had it tuned up. I asked that they do what they could to just get the handle to stand up, rivets, welding, anything inexpensive, and to quote first. NO QUOTE and called to tell me it was $260. Silly mower is not worth that. First it took almost 2 months just to call me and tell me no Toro parts available, then another 5 weeks to call and let me know the price which I blew up about, was promised a call from a manager, which I never got, but the lady I had talked to originally called back 4 weeks later and said she had quoted, which she had not done. Then today a few weeks later, my mower is still there and I received a statement from them wanting payment. What a complete lack of customer care and concern. read more

I recently bought a used John Deere from here. when it arrived to my farm it was 4.5 quarts low on engine oil, had no hydraulic fluid at all and no fluid in the radiator. when I added hydro fluid I found a severe leak in the fittings and had to replace the fittings to operate my equipment. The power steering wasn't working so I got a book and began working on finding the problem. When I checked the power steering fluid I was completely appalled to find that my power steering not only didnt have any fluid in it, but was packed full of AXLE GREASE! I immediately called the dealer and kept getting pawned off on different people before finally getting told that its not their problem and only check fluids on certain used tractors and admitted to not checking the tractor over before selling it to me. Instead of allowing me talk to a manager they kept passing me between different service and parts employees before hanging up on me. Needless to say I will never do business with D and G again. I would highly advise not to do business with this dealer. read more
