The biggest dilemma is my long hair which sheds all over the place. I tried vacuuming with the current Dyson multi-floor vacuum and after about 10 minutes, the roller was completely mangled and I had to take it apart. Frustration. I needed something that was strong and durable, perhaps a pet vacuum. I went into A Sweeper Store and was greeted by the owner, Adam who was very friendly and informative. He did an entertaining demo showing me the differences in the various vacuums on the market. I was impressed and sold on the Simplicity Fetch. It was powerful and picked up the remnants that the Dyson left behind. I was also drawn to its gleaming electric green color. Jason and Justin were also very professional and helpful in prepping my new vacuum for me. Coming from a big city, it was refreshing to see such attentiveness. The one that did indicate it would be 4 to 5 months before they would have a unit to install at my house. SGI got back to me the same day and they were at my house the next day.
