Being in western PA, the salad had to have french fries on it, obviously, the buffalo sauce was just hot enough to make my nose a little, but not too hot to overshadow the flavor of the other parts of the salad. The one thing I didn't like, and it's a pet pet of mine, others may not have a problem with it, is that they serve the dressing in cups and put the plastic cups in the salad. I've never been a fan of that even if it does make it easier for the server to carry - just put the cups on the side of the salad for me please. Again I realize that's a personal preference and not indicative of the quality of the food. I definitely will come back
