The bread is sold literally in the entrance way of the business. You may be parking next to an 18-wheelers loading or unloading. But who cares, their bread is awesome! All of the breads were a very large size and were fresh, and they cost about several dollars each. Here are my reviews for them: Farm deli loaf - 3 stars - The physical shape and design of this bread was gorgeous, but the flavor was a little plain. Challah hamburger buns - 4 stars - These hamburger buns tasted good. They were very large, so I had extra bread around my hamburger patties. Mt. Athos fire bread - 3 stars - This wheat bread was a generous size, but it tasted slightly plain. Hawaiian dinner rolls - 5 stars - These dinner rolls were moist and had a slightly sweet flavor. Parmesan pepper loaf - 2 stars - This bread contained way too much pepper and too little parmesan. It was so peppery that I threw away most of it. UPDATE on December 26, 2021: A few weeks ago, I rated this business as 3 stars, but I am now increasing my rating to 4 stars after I bought three more of Mediterra's breads. Here are my reviews for the breads: Stollen - 5 stars - This bread contained nuts and dried/candied fruits, and it was covered in powdered sugar. My husband and I really enjoyed the taste of this bread. Chocolate cherry - 4 stars - This bread loaf contained cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and dried cherries. I prefer milk over dark chocolate, but I still enjoyed the flavor of this unique bread. Pecan cranberry - 4.5 stars - This wheat bread contained cranberries and pecans. I really liked the combination of flavors.

Mancini's is celebrating their 100 year anniversary and they are still thriving as the best bread in the city! Although not the original location, the Strip District location is iconic! They try out a lot of their fun ideas and also display their celebrational bread displays... like this year's Heinz celebration! From the loaves of bread, cinnamon breads, and the hot pepperoni rolls, everything is worth buying!! The bread is just better than others and the topping/fillings are so wonderful balanced. On our food tour, we were given a sample of the cinnamon swirl bread. The soft dough with the gooey cinnamon filling was such a delicious bite... that we ended up buying a loaf too. Also, I am a sucker for everything and anything focaccia.. and this one was worth it! The cool part is the open view to the back to see the bread being kneaded, pulled, and baked. Mancini's actually invited the hand braided Italian loaf. When they reached capacity of baking in their loaf pans daily, they found that by braiding the loaves.. they no longer needed pans as the bread self contained the rise! We loved Mancini's already! I love this family owned and operated bakery. This is definitely the place to go for the best hard…read morerolls and bread. Though the bakery itself is small, they do a big business. Most of the baked goods are randomly available depending on what they choose to bake that day, but you will usually find pies, donuts, cream puffs, various kinds of cookies and homemade breadsticks ready for purchase. The brunt of their customers come in for the hard rolls and buns so it is always wise to place your order ahead of time. I love the little notebook they use to record the phoned in orders. I never grow tired of my visits to this little shop. It is always fun to stop in and see what goodies are available inside the case or on top of their counter.
