We went there last night for the show and dinner, It never disappoints! The Caesar Salad with chicken was great!The small size is perfect for a meal. My hubby got the sausage and pasta and ate the entire thing! The waitress was unbelievable! She managed the entire room and had great servers to assist. The one disappointment was the comedy clubs new interior design. I miss the fun colorful masks on the walls and the fun artwork. But that won't stop us from returning. They get great acts! read more

I go there mainly for Giggles comedy club. I haven't tried everything but I must say the pizza and lasagna is very good. A few times I called and ordered lazagna for takeout. Everyone I've met has been pleasant and accommodating. read more

We went to see Lenny Clark in a Saturday night . There were several acts before him. The comedy is in a room on the other side of the restaurant. You could hear them cleaning dishes during the show. Had such a great time on girls nite Out !! We came for giggles and that we did Lenny Clark was awesome he's totally explicit "$&&&" made it much more funnier !! He also had two opening acts before him we enjoy as well ,, Service was great our waitress suggested a pitcher of beer and a pizza !! We enjoyed pepperoni pizza it was was spicy and hot ! I'm a fan of Giggles and have been to a few nights of comedy there - one as a fundraising night to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I've always enjoyed the comedy and left very happy. The acts are usually a mix of local comedians and comedians that are more well known. When you call ahead, you'll be able to reserve a table for the performance. The ticket cost does not include any food or drink. Before and during the show wait staff attend to your table, so you're able to order dinner and drinks. I recommend ordering pizza, as that's easy to see and still eat once the lights are dimmed for the show. read more

I had a great night here... we saw Lenny Clarke (one of the funniest guys alive), along with five other comedians in one night. All but one were funny... and Lenny absolutely killed! We had a table to ourselves (group of 4) and a perfect line of sight to the stage. The service was prompt and friendly. We didn't get food (even though Prince is my favorite pizza) so I can't comment on that here. Over all a very positive experience and I'll never hesitate to catch a show here in the future. read more

well this is what happens when you google fun and awesome you find a comedy club in saugus...oddly enough my sister and i ventured out for the later show on Saturday. It was filled with what id say cougars, a lot of divorced people...needless to say we were the youngest in there being in our 20's. However we laughed...thus the point. The food was decent..being bar food...and the waitress was pushy with the drinks...however no fun to be seated near bathrooms.... 4/5 because of near the bathrooms is never any fun. read more

Went here the other night to check out a comedy show with some friends. 20 bucks at the door isn't bad and standard for prices in this area it seems. It's a pretty small club and it definitely has a family atmosphere to it, which could be good or bad depending on what you're looking for. The first comedian was a dud but the next 2 had my laughing to the point where I couldn't breathe and wanted to throw up (that's a good thing) One of the guys was someone I've seen on comedy central specials before so I knew ahead of time I already liked him. The food was bleh as hell. This place is apparently known for pizza and that might have been my mistake. The steak tips were good but obviously store bought pre-marinated ones. The pasta was right out of the box with a small amount of watered down canned sauce and the salad was really uninspiring. Food wise, I dropped about 60 bucks for 2 meals, a long island iced tea and 4 beers, so that's not bad. Overall I had a really good time. I would definitely go back to this place but recommend to anybody to skip the food and spend that money on alcohol instead. read more

I had a lot of fun tonight! It was definitely something different and fun to do. We have been wanting to come here for a comedy night for so long and we finally did. It was a cute back room with lots of space and a stage for the comedians. The servers were very friendly and on target when it came to ordering apps, drinks and our dinner. It was packed and a sold out show! The people that were in the room were having just as much fun as we were. All different ages which made it even more exciting! My friend got the eggplant, I got the baked penne and my fiancé ordered the pizza. We love Prince pizza and come to Prince at least once a month.(lol) all of our food was great. We also got the garlic bread half with cheese on it and half not with cheese on it. It melted in our mouths. Some of the comedians names that were there were Tony V. Who was also on Seinfeld a couple of times. Lenny Clarke who was hilarious as well, Steve Sweeney were my favorites who performed tonight! It's a must see show. I was expecting something funny and have a few good laughs but I didn't have many. Came in at around 7:50ish for their 8:30 show and got seats near the entrance which I didn't mind because people were being obnoxiously loud and I liked being in the corner not surrounded by those mongrels. The waitress was super nice, she was serving our table (table number 2) that night so if anyone reads this, the server for table number 2 on October 12th, 2013 was amazing and she needs a promotion. The show had three comedians and I LOVED the first guy. He talked about how he was in the navy.. funny dude. Being a fellow veteran and all, i got his jokes and me and my buddy laughed a lot with him. The second guy.. this little chap, was more of the farts and sex joke type.. I had nothing against it but it wasn't my thing. I left during the performance of their "headlliner". I was expecting to be rolling on the floor, holding my stomach laughing but I didn't even smirk once. The guy had a set that only someone with the minimum age of 50 would get. He talked about things that neither myself or my friend could relate to. He kept naming all these old medicines from the 1940s that I had no idea of and I would think they were funny because the older viewers were laughing but I didn't get anything he was saying. We left towards the end of the show because it was just getting embarrassing. The place itself was nice, I liked the pictures of all the clowns on the wall. Their buffalo wings were decent but their boneless buffalo tenders were bad. They tasted like they were old and sitting under a heating lamp for a few hours. I'm giving three stars because the comedians were good however the opener and introducer of the comedians, Sal, not sure if he's the owner, is obviously PRO Trump. He made about 3 racist Mexican jokes and made a political joke about Joe Biden. If you're going to make political jokes at least make a joke about the other candidate too, you're just making it too obvious, bud. Also, fried calamari tasted like it just popped out of the freezer and out of the microwave. Mozzarella sticks were worse... but our waitress was wonderful. The room is really nice and pretty. They need more waitstaff in there though and honestly 3.50 for just one soda seems a little too much for me. We got the pizza and it was good but not great. You won't be disappointed with the comedians at Giggles. Lots of laughs over food, drinks and good company. I went on a Friday night and the place was packed. Neatly arranged, there's not a bad seat in the house. The venue underwent some renovations recently and it looks good as new. Plenty of tables for two or larger groups, good views of the centrally located stage, and a good sound system to boot. Plenty of pizza and accessible to get to on Route 1. The food and drinks are good - I had the pizza and loved how the bottom of the crust was buttery and they sprinkle fresh herbs on top. Artie Januario was headlining and absolutely hilarious, and Tony V. had me cracking up too. Will definitely be back! read more

We drove by Giggles and saw Steve Sweeney was on the bill. Our adult daughter (29) was in town for a conference so it seemed like a nice way to spend evening at a restaurant we'd taken her to her whole life, but in an adult manner. The show was packed but we got great seats and the staff manages the crowd well - service was quick, pizza was authentic and once Johnny Pizzi took the floor, the evening started off on a great note. Johnny was funny and warm and the second comedian, Corey Rodrigues was a riot. The disappointment was Steve Sweeney. He used to be so reliable as a comic. Now he is just lazy. He makes little effort in both presentation (he wore a pair of old man sweatpants that drooped so often he had to drag them up his butt several times) and banter. He did a bit about a mall Santa that was filled with stereotypical musings with racial undertones. Why would a black Santa get turned on by a kid sitting on his lap than any other Santa? It just wasn't funny. He finished his time with a "joke-off" where the comedians swapped off telling jokes that we've all heard before. It was not unique or funny and because it came off as such a lack of effort, I felt taken advantage of. Our daughter found the whole thing so lame and while I'm sure 29 year olds aren't the target market of Giggles - she probably won't bother with the Prince House of Pizza with her kids either. I am impressed lately by this place. I remember going years ago when my cousins were really little and it was like a circus inside, loud and crowded. However, my friend had her daughter's baptism celebration here and the food was great! I didn't have the pizza but I was pleased to see that they had other tasty dishes. Myself, my wife, and our 16 year old son went to the 9:00 show on Friday 1/24/14. What a fantastic night. EVERY comic (I think there were 6) was hilarious and on fire. Each of the three of us had a favorite comic, but we all agreed that each comic was extremely funny. But to make the night all the more remarkable was to find out just how nice all of them were. My son has a keen interest in comedy and wanted to meet the comics after the show. Not only did he get the chance to meet almost all of them, but they were so kind and interested in who he was. They asked him questions about school, his friends, his hobbies, and asked his opinion of other comics , etc. This was at a time when both shows were over and you know they would be looking forward to sitting at the bar and unwinding. Yet they willingly gave up so much of their time to chat with him and without the slightest indication that it was any sort of a forced effort to be nice. They are genuinely warm people and so grateful to their audience. They are true professionals and class acts, all of them. read more

Went to Giggles,on Route 1 ,It was a grand night for my friends and I. We saw Johnny Pizzi,Tony V, John David,and Paul Deangelo. They were all fantastic,(like David,and Deangelo the best). The service was very good,The pizza is the best.The prices are very fair. After the show there is a bar to gather at , we talked with John David,and Paul D. They were very aproachable and funny and said thanks for going.I highly reccomend giggles and the leaning tower of pizza to anyone who's looking for a fun night out. Free parking too. read more
