Good gas prices. I took my 35ft rig in there with no problem.

“Probably the best, last stop in Bishop on your way up to Mammoth if you want to grab some good beer, snacks, and fill up with gas.”

I stopped here with a friend because I heard they have yummy things! And that is no lie! Just…read morepassing by i could see the crowd at the door and people enjoying good eats at the outdoor patio. We were towing our travel trailers so we knew we had to park elsewhere. There is a park across the street so that worked out just fine if you don't mind walking about a block. We walked in and right away baked goods were on the table to pick through. They also had displays of goodies! We picked a few things of the table in front of us and just grabbed any goodies that we wanted as we walked in line to be checked out. My friends was ahead of me so when she was done she went to the other side (deli) and picked up an already made turkey / ham sandwich for us to share. It was crazy busy but we were in and out within 15minutes top! It's a good thing I didn't have time to roam and look at everything. I would have gone home with too much. Parking is an issue and possibly finding a seat to enjoy your food. Plenty of parking across the street. Although the store was crazy busy the customer service at the register was very friendly and helpful. I would stop by if ever in the area again to enjoy some of the baked goods. We really enjoyed the pull away pecan sticky bread! This place has been around for quite some time, so it's worth stopping and see what all the hoopla is all about. You get to judge if it's worth stopping. It was for me and I would again.

*Must stop place when in Bishop, CA *Freshly made Pastries,…read morebaked goods, bread... and omg the selections!! * They also have a sandwich deli where you can have freshly made sandwiches made as well as hot case with pot pies. Say yes to both! I wanted to try so many sandwiches but had to settle for one.. Mule Kick. The Beef pot pie was comfort food with a crust that was neither too salty, dry or spongy. * Some tips I learned: the store had two large rooms and they have several check out stations ... you can check out in either room at any of there check out stations *The sandwich line is long... it can get confusing as a check out line ... so unless you are ordering a sandwich... you may want to double check so that you don't hang out in line for 10min to realize you didn't want a sandwich *They have freshly made sandwiches in a grab and go case ... but if you are a bit weird like me.., I'd rather wait in line for a sandwich made in front of me even though I can see the deli case sandwiches being made just as fresh. * Outdoor seating and across the street is a building with indoor seating (and a restroom if needed) *Store has samples of different products they sell and it's hard not to buy everything *Parking is tight but cars but spaces are constantly opened up... so don't despair * Will return when I am up that way again

What a delicious spot in Bishop for burgers! We stopped by for dinner after a long day of chasing…read morefall foliage colors in the area, and these burgers hit the spot! When we first got there around 7:30pm, the line was almost out the door! It wasn't too busy at the tables but it just looked like everyone was ordering super slow and the line wasn't moving. Luckily, we found out they take online orders. We placed our order online and got our food within 20 minutes, then took it back to the hotel to chow down! I got the Jalapeño B burger. It's a hefty size and was oozing and leaking down my hands with beefy fat juice! The patty was so juicy and infused with chopped jalapeños bits, while the gooey jack cheese and grilled jalapeños added even more flavor. The bun is also some fancy artisanal bread, not your normal processed fast food burger bun. The fries are also well-seasoned and crispy. Also, I got the ranch dip and it was the star of the show -- tastes even better than Wingstop ranch! I drenched my burger with it and licked up every last drop. Overall, a surprise highlight meal of our trip to the eastern Sierra!
