I needed the nails to be fixed. My time not only got me in on the same day. They did an excellent job. The hand and arm massage was out of this world. I returned on Sunday (08/02/27) to remove my nails since I was having eye surgery the next day for skin cancer. I booked with Henry again, and I can say I was not disappointed! He provided wonderful service and was so friendly. I have noticed over the past 20+ years of having my nails done that the true test of a salon and nail artist is when you need to remove your nails. The way they provide customer service, the level of care they use; I've literally had a nail artist just pop off the acrylic nails, which is incredibly painful and tears up your nail bed. I can say wholeheartedly I will be going back to Diamond Nails and booking with Henry again, once I'm all healed up!

By the time he finished, my toenails were much shorter than I would have preferred, and my big toenail was uneven. The pedicure service itself was comparatively better. I felt that more care was taken, and I was asked about my preferences. Overall, three people worked on my nails, which felt like a bit too much. However, I understand that they may have been trying to complete the service within the allotted time. The next day, one of my nails chipped, so I had to call them to have it fixed. They were responsive and willing to fix it, which I appreciated. However, my toenails remained sore for two days afterward, and I had to apply Vaseline to soothe them. On the positive side, the place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and approachable. Overall, while I appreciated their willingness to correct the chipped nail, I felt that the pedicure and nail service was rushed. My toenails were also cut much shorter than I would have preferred, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope they can take a little more time to understand the customer's preferences and provide a more careful and comfortable service.

You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.

She was so attentive to details and friendly. She tested 3 colors on me before I settled on the one I liked. Total was $60 for the pedicure I chose + $15 gel polish.
