This is not a cornmeal coating but a batter. At first I was surprised that I wasn't able to get any tartar sauce with my meal. However once I taste the fish I could see why it wasn't necessary. The fish was nicey flaky but the outside was crispy and not overly salted. This is some of the best tasting catfish I've had in a while. I am definitely going to come back to try the other items on the menu. I will note this is a food truck but they are here regularly.
