I ordered their onion straw bbq burger with pepper jack fondue tots. I absolutely loved the tots. They were topped with bacon, the cheese, and chives. DELICIOUS. The burger toppings were all great and complimented the burger; however, the burger was super dry and hard to eat. I didn't finish my burger. I had no issues whatsoever with service. It was great and my food came out hot within a good time period that wasn't too long. I loved the ambiance and all the art at the restaurant and the outside picnic tables for everyone.

Look for the bright blue truck or like any other food truck follow them on facebook to see where they're going to be at that day: https://www.facebook.com/Fleurdelicious.br That particular day they were parked by a business building and we took our food to some tables outside a nearby Subway. I don't know why the fuck I didn't upload a picture of the chicken itself. Maybe I was too busy eating it that I forgot. The jamaican jerk chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender and nicely smoked. They've got three different Slap Ya Mamma seasoning cans outside in case your food isn't spicy enough. Personally, it didn't need any extra seasoning. They also make a strawberry lemonade which looked yummy. That's some Creole SOUL FOOD right therrrr!

One of the City's Hidden Culinary Gems! Azteca's Food Truck…read moreis seriously incredible! I first came here for the tacos--which are all great--but the birria tacos really stand out. They're packed with juicy, fall-apart roast beef and melted cheese, all tucked inside a perfectly crisped tortilla. Each order comes with fresh diced white onion, cilantro, grilled onions, consommé, and a fiery green sauce that packs serious heat. More recently, I discovered the Quesabirria pizza--and wow. It's made with two large flour tortillas stuffed with a generous amount of birria roast and melted cheese, crisped on both sides. It's served with all the same flavorful accompaniments as the tacos, and the portion size is huge--easily enough to feed two to three people. Don't let the pictures fool you! The staff is always friendly and happy to offer recommendations. If you haven't checked out this food truck yet, you're missing out on one of the city's best-kept food secrets.

The carne asada taco was okay, too many onions for me, but still quite tasty. Some would probably be intimidated to eat here because it is a run-down food truck located next to a gas station near the Home Depot of Coursey & Cedarcrest. The service was friendly and fast. Eating there is not really recommended because there are just folding chairs, no tables. I would say the food was pretty authentic and I plan on going back, especially for those yummy pupusas. This might not be your first choice, but at least make it a choice; step out of your box and try something new!

Everyone has heard about my deep rooted love and obsession for tacos and food stands, so I wanted everyone else in Baton Rouge to find out about this gem of a shady but delicious food truck! The meat is charred crispy to perfection, without being dry. The doubled-up HANDMADE a corn tortillas are definitely the best tortillas I have ever tasted. (Hmm, wonder if I can get a whole pack to go?!) The pupusas are delicious too, and come topped with a pickled cabbage. My friend did order the pork tacos, thinking it was carnitas, but it was actually chicharrones (pork rind) and we didn't like that one so much. I TOLD her to let me order for her in Spanish, but she insisted on the pork before I had the chance to people rly ask WHAT type of pork...... And yes, it's best to order in Spanish. Just say "taco de carne asada" (beef steak) and "taco de pollo" (chicken) and how may and you should be set. I usually order 3. They are small but very filling. I could literally eat these everyday. There are 2-3 chairs to sit out at while waiting for your order, and the wait time is 4-8mins or so depending on how much you order but it's so worth it. They even give salsa to go. Ladies, please wear your wedding rings (or a fake one while you order) because there will most likely have a plethora of men ordering authentic Mexican food, waiting to propose to any unsuspecting lady who just wants to get her foodporn on and immediately dash to the comfort of their own home to indulge in these tasty treats. It is parked at the gas station near the Home Depot on Cedarcrest & Coursey. Coming from bluebonnet (with the CCs coffee house on your left) you will cross over working onto Coursey, and it's the second gas station on the right. If you're in the Home Depot parking lot, the gas station is directly in front of the store.

Our table was ready when we got there soon after we were seated the waiter came to take our drink order. The place is decorated nicely with lots of green and flowers beautiful decorative light fixtures, tables, chairs and booths were very nice ....they had plenty of servers... the place got busier as time went (lunch-crowd) The waiter took our food order and had to explain some of the food since all dishes were listed in Cuban. But he remained calm and took his time and answered all questions we had. The food was delicious.. By now the place was full ... They managed it all and got everyone checked out quick but not rushed ! I will definitely return ! Great place for lunch ... maybe dinner next time ! Did I say the food was great... prices average

I ordered the ropa vieja, and it reminded me of a really well-made pot roast that's been braised until it's fall-apart tender. It paired perfectly with the rice and beans. What impressed me the most wasn't actually the beef, it was the congrí. I honestly expected the rice and beans to be more of a filler side, but they were packed with flavor and were enjoyable all on their own. To me, that's the sign of a kitchen that pays attention to every component on the plate instead of focusing only on the main entrée. That's something I really appreciate. A great meal isn't just about one standout item. Every component should be seasoned and prepared with the same level of care, and Elisa's does exactly that. The food isn't trying to reinvent Cuban cuisine or impress you with flashy presentation. They're simply focused on making authentic, delicious food consistently, and it shows. The interior was beautiful, the portions were satisfying, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. There are several other dishes I already want to come back and try, which says a lot after just one visit. If they continue serving food with this level of consistency, Elisa's will definitely become a regular stop for us.
