The flavor from this perfectly cooked patty was making my taste buds dance w excitement! Every bite had bacon in it which is how a bacon cheeseburger burger should be. Fries were cooked just right and talk about quick service, it was all ready before I could go back to my amazon cart and drop in more Xmas items. My total for the burger and fries and a drink totaled out to be my favorite number also, so for some reason I knew this was about to be a great lunch. They gave us the selection of a cheeseburger, wings, tacos, shrimp poboy, or chicken salad. Everything looked delicious and the process was really easy. I chose the cheeseburger without the egg. It was perfectly cooked and filling. Topped with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, fresh jalapeno slices, and a homemade, light, bbq type of sauce, it was just the right amount of food. The fries were a nice mix of crispy and less crispy. I didn't think I would be able to finish the burger, but it wasn't as daunting as i thought. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes when I find their food truck out and about.

The bread coating was tasty without being overly seasoned. The onion rings were real onions and I was very pleased that they were not too thinly cut. Just wish the onion inside the breading were a little thicker too. But it's nice that they offer you french fries OR onion rings without an upcharge for the latter. I came in hungry and I was only able to eat my onion rings and one of the fillets. Ended up taking two of the other nice size fillets home to eat later. The counter staff offered three different types of dipping sauce for my onion rings and/or fish: ranch, sweet chili pepper & their 'flayva' sauce. The latter 'house' sauce is a tomato mayonnaise base similar to Cane's, but a bit more spicy. And of course they have ketchup available too. Absolutely loved the sweet chili sauce, tangy Asian kind of sauce with some specks of dried red pepper flakes YUMMMMMM Personnel at the counter were very pleasant and helpful and restaurant was impeccably clean - even the bathrooms. My only negative comment was that I ate in and the seats on there individual chairs are not very comfortable. But they do have bench seating too and I'll use that next time.
