Organic meats are lacking and snacks are for the most part unhealthy and full of salt & sugar. I have 3 other Walmarts in my immediate area and compare to those this one is by far the most organized; most probably due to the population of surrounding Bolton. At that point, I ended the discussion, took my product, and left. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to the Bolton location. For context, I have been a long-time supporter of Canadian Tire and have often recommended it to others as a Canadian company. Canadian Tire has been a favourite store of mine since childhood--I even kept Canadian Tire money as a memento and later shared it with my children. When travelling for work or personal reasons, I regularly make a point of stopping in at local stores, and I have shopped at locations across Ontario and beyond, from Windsor to Ottawa to Timmins and Kenora. To the new owner of the Bolton store: I understand you recently purchased this location and are based in Western Canada. I hope you will review the customer service culture at the store and ensure issues like this are addressed. My family and I have historically spent thousands of dollars per year at this store, but after this incident we will be taking our business elsewhere--even if it means driving an additional 25 km to another location. This will likely reduce how often we shop at Canadian Tire overall. I went to this location and parked in allotted parking slot, checked in online through app. One of the employee brought my stuff outside and kept them in my car's trunk after verifying my details. It was easy and quick pick up. Even all the fruits and vegetables were fresh. I kept ordering curbside pick up from this location for 4-5 weeks, and then wait time for pick up went up and even the quality of fruits and vegetables was not same like before. However when I called customer service, they gave me refund for the bad stuff. Every time after that something used to be missing or bad. I think more and more people started ordering from this location and that was causing long wait and even quality of fruits and vegetables was not same. So I started doing curbside pick at a different Walmart location. They also had long wait, however they always provide good quality. I will write a different review for that location. As a mother of three, this is annoying and I'm just too busy to drive to different locations. This can be super annoying!! I do-not want to go back after I have reached check out and ready to leave. For the pros of this place; cashiers are more friendly and not as annoying with price match. It was held in front of the old Sears store, which is currently Spirit Halloween. That's my first impression of this mall. Stores close, but this mall and the folks behind it find creative ways to lure shoppers and eaters to come here. While heading over to the ribfest, I noticed an L.L. Bean sign. As a fan of casual, comfy clothing, I knew that I had to return and check it out. The mall's layout is interesting. I parked by the entrance closest to L.L. Bean and Moxie's, which was the second floor. This mall has two floors, but the top floor is more like a third of space than what you get on the first floor. If someone forced you to choose a single floor to shop, you would want the first floor because you've got more variety and the food court is there. I would be torn if this restriction was there, for Coles and Showcase are on the second floor and I love them. The main anchor stores are Hudson's Bay, SportChek, and Homesense. The former is massive and decent. I checked out the food court because, hey, I like food and my feet automatically moved me here. You get your usual chains, such as A&W, Subway, and Teriyaki Experience. The ones that I didn't recognize were Good Karma (Indian fare that looked so good) and Wikki Hut (Asian-South American mix of food that looked yummy). There is a blocked-off area to dine, with two staff members checking for your proof of vaccination and ID at the entrance. I spent most of my time in L.L. Bean and Hot Topic. I enjoyed looking at cool merchandise in both and ultimately making a purchase in the latter. I ended up getting snacks at Mr Pretzels and Kernels Popcorn. They are away from the food court, but the aroma from the latter lured me over here. I love that they are practically next to each other. I am a fan of both places and would definitely return to this mall just for these two businesses. The mall is clean and nicely kept. The women's washroom was bright and in great shape, which also included a separate nursery section. I saw a dental clinic. I didn't see any other health services, so you're not coming here for a doctor's appointment. However, you can get your prescription at Shoppers Drug Mart. The only downside during this pandemic is that there aren't places to sit down to take a breather, other than the blocked-off food court. I wanted to eat my pretzel and pretzel dogs somewhere. I ended up sitting in front of the fireplace where you technically aren't supposed to sit down, but I did anyway. It's a decent mall that has practically everything you need and a lot more. It is a smaller thrift store than say, value village, but has some good finds. I found a banana republic dress shirt, barely worn, for $5. I'm all over that (so not a clothes snob). They also have some great vintage type stuff like lamps and kitchen things. I really liked that they had some of the "bigger ticket" items up for auction. It's a silent auction so you write your name and price and hope for the best. I won a great painting from there that hangs prominently in my home. The items tend to come from those who are more "well off" since it is located in Bolton (which is in Caledon), so seeing a Louis Vuitton purse up for auction isn't out of the norm. So put your thrift store bias aside and visit chez thrift. You'll support those in Bolton who need it as get some great deals for yourself!
