There is no such thing as customer service. After you've done all the work, granted you've picked up a bit of an issue, you're going to be upset that the so called cashier/customer service KID of only 19 to 20 yrs old doesn't give two craps about your distain on this broken down system. Yes granted I could shop elsewhere but it's the same no matter where you go. I just can't wait to file my taxes & charge Walmart.ca for my time in their stores working. All on all, in Bolton this is the lesser of all evils to shop for all your grocery needs. Let's not leave out other departments where the plus size woman's is a cornucopia of all other clothing departments drop and stash location. The lack of style durable wear can leave little to the imagination. Remember the customer service? Yea a mess on all fronts. Sifting through over ripened veggies, almost out of date dairy, unclean washrooms, lack of customer service and I've only truly seen less than a handful of actual adult managers during the week with a decent head on their shoulders to manage day to day. If you want cheap you will truly get it here. Voicing your opinion will only get you labels as a Karen. Maybe this will clean things up. Store personal should be ashamed if they don't care, why should we? As for supplies? HAHA. granted Covid has changed the supply chain layout but 1/2 the time what use to be at an abundance now after all this time? Come one Walmart, it's obvious you don't care. Either reduce the choices on the shelves or eliminate it all together. Will you have less on them? Yes but at a better set of numbers and quality.

The aisles were clean of debris and any sort of garbage. There were plenty of shopping carts available when going through the entrance. The produce section was fully stocked and fruits/vegetables weren't rotting or bruised. The selection of brands will isn't premium or health conscious though. Organic meats are lacking and snacks are for the most part unhealthy and full of salt & sugar. I have 3 other Walmarts in my immediate area and compare to those this one is by far the most organized; most probably due to the population of surrounding Bolton. However, if I'm ever in the area and need a household product I'll be sure to stop in.

These are not prelit, but even if you have to buy the lights at full price, it's still worthwhile. The warehouse is massive with many home items. If you need buckets or stools in all shapes, sizes and colours, this is the place. They have a decent selection of suitcases starting for around $30 for a carry on. It's a great option for a point A to B. If it breaks, so be it. The animal wheely chairs are cute and makes a great gift. They start at $28 with nothing over $50. Thry have many hair accessories which makes the perfect loot bag gift for little girls. They start at $0.60 for a pair. This is the place for stocking stuffers, loot bags, party supplies, home stuff especially for newly unfurnished homes. They probably won't last, but it will get you through your student dorm days.

They have a huge selection of interior decor like fake flowers and home goods. Cons: it's literally so busy, the store is messy and stuff is all over the place. The aisle is a bit narrow it's so crowded it was so hard to move. They did set a limit for how many ppl can go in later on. There's also A LOT OF LITTER! I saw so many Tim Hortons and beverage cups in random spots. Kids were also running havoc. The electronics are sparse. Not sure about the quality. There's a lot of furnitures too like bed frames! I saw some trolley for $15 which is a good deal! Service is nonexistent, there is someone watching and directing the cashier lines (don't worry bout someone budding you)

At approximately…read more1:15 p.m., I came to the Bolton store to exchange a product that carried a lifetime warranty at the time of purchase. The customer service representative at the desk was courteous and made a genuine effort to help. However, when the acting store manager became involved, the interaction quickly turned unprofessional, and within minutes I was told I was "being difficult." At that point, I ended the discussion, took my product, and left. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to the Bolton location. For context, I have been a long-time supporter of Canadian Tire and have often recommended it to others as a Canadian company. Canadian Tire has been a favourite store of mine since childhood--I even kept Canadian Tire money as a memento and later shared it with my children. When travelling for work or personal reasons, I regularly make a point of stopping in at local stores, and I have shopped at locations across Ontario and beyond, from Windsor to Ottawa to Timmins and Kenora. To the new owner of the Bolton store: I understand you recently purchased this location and are based in Western Canada. I hope you will review the customer service culture at the store and ensure issues like this are addressed. My family and I have historically spent thousands of dollars per year at this store, but after this incident we will be taking our business elsewhere--even if it means driving an additional 25 km to another location. This will likely reduce how often we shop at Canadian Tire overall. After leaving the store that day, I purchased the supplies I needed at other Bolton retailers, spending hundreds of dollars, and I have since found another store willing to assist with my product issue. I have chosen not to name the manager here; if you wish to investigate, the store records will show who was on duty at that time.

So I got the Walmart app and created my first order for curbside pick up. It is a very streamlined process. You get same deals and prices online. You have to meet the minimum $35 order. I added everything in cart and selected the pick up date and time slot. I went to this location and parked in allotted parking slot, checked in online through app. One of the employee brought my stuff outside and kept them in my car's trunk after verifying my details. It was easy and quick pick up. Even all the fruits and vegetables were fresh. I kept ordering curbside pick up from this location for 4-5 weeks, and then wait time for pick up went up and even the quality of fruits and vegetables was not same like before. However when I called customer service, they gave me refund for the bad stuff. Every time after that something used to be missing or bad. I think more and more people started ordering from this location and that was causing long wait and even quality of fruits and vegetables was not same. So I started doing curbside pick at a different Walmart location. They also had long wait, however they always provide good quality. I will write a different review for that location. This is a good curbside pick up option given by Walmart and I will recommend everyone to try it.

I guess I had…read moregiven up on the location at Main & Bovaird as the cashiers really make my shopping experience horrendous. No doubt though, I do have some things I don't like about this place. First of all, you need to get more cart shacks in your parking lot. You have two for the whole parking lot? I mean, I could totally see why people just leave them everywhere. People should still be putting them away as the way they are left could definitely result in the damaging of vehicles that are parked. I'm always worried when I come here that someone will leave one near my vehicle and just the slight piece of wind could result in my vehicle being hit. Secondly, your shelves are not consistently stocked. Every time I come in, which is once a week, I cannot find everything on my list as it is not stocked. Lots of items missing. As a mother of three, this is annoying and I'm just too busy to drive to different locations. Please look into stocking up as some people do like to come in in the mornings to do their grocery shopping. Thirdly, their is a lot of items that have false prices advertised. This can be super annoying!! I do-not want to go back after I have reached check out and ready to leave. For the pros of this place; cashiers are more friendly and not as annoying with price match. I do not enjoy my phone being touched. If you study the merchandise you can easily see and decipher that it is legitimate match. Place is also not super busy. Even on a Saturday at 11 it is quiet which I very much enjoy! Now the produce here is very good which is a pleasant surprise as I was never able to buy produce at the Main and 410 location. I wouldn't suggest NOT buying the tomatoes though, as they are mushy and lack flavour. This does save me a lot of money from then going to Fortinos for produce. I will continue to shop here.

It was held in front of the old Sears store, which is currently Spirit Halloween. That's my first impression of this mall. Stores close, but this mall and the folks behind it find creative ways to lure shoppers and eaters to come here. While heading over to the ribfest, I noticed an L.L. Bean sign. As a fan of casual, comfy clothing, I knew that I had to return and check it out. The mall's layout is interesting. I parked by the entrance closest to L.L. Bean and Moxie's, which was the second floor. This mall has two floors, but the top floor is more like a third of space than what you get on the first floor. If someone forced you to choose a single floor to shop, you would want the first floor because you've got more variety and the food court is there. I would be torn if this restriction was there, for Coles and Showcase are on the second floor and I love them. The main anchor stores are Hudson's Bay, SportChek, and Homesense. The former is massive and decent. I checked out the food court because, hey, I like food and my feet automatically moved me here. You get your usual chains, such as A&W, Subway, and Teriyaki Experience. The ones that I didn't recognize were Good Karma (Indian fare that looked so good) and Wikki Hut (Asian-South American mix of food that looked yummy). There is a blocked-off area to dine, with two staff members checking for your proof of vaccination and ID at the entrance. I spent most of my time in L.L. Bean and Hot Topic. I enjoyed looking at cool merchandise in both and ultimately making a purchase in the latter. I ended up getting snacks at Mr Pretzels and Kernels Popcorn. They are away from the food court, but the aroma from the latter lured me over here. I love that they are practically next to each other. I am a fan of both places and would definitely return to this mall just for these two businesses. The mall is clean and nicely kept. The women's washroom was bright and in great shape, which also included a separate nursery section. I saw a dental clinic. I didn't see any other health services, so you're not coming here for a doctor's appointment. However, you can get your prescription at Shoppers Drug Mart. The only downside during this pandemic is that there aren't places to sit down to take a breather, other than the blocked-off food court. I wanted to eat my pretzel and pretzel dogs somewhere. I ended up sitting in front of the fireplace where you technically aren't supposed to sit down, but I did anyway. It's a decent mall that has practically everything you need and a lot more. There was lots of parking available. I like it here it and would come back to shop some more. (405)
