This Costco, in my opinion, is tied for 1st place in the GTA with the Richmond Hill location. New Huntington location is less crowded, well organized, well stocked but cash out is slower. While the Richmond Hill location is more crowded however, the most efficient at the cash out! read more

I wish we had Costco around us, like in Toronto almost every corner. They are not actually every corner, but they have more Costcos on a city in total that we have States combined. They carry more ethnic food than we have in U.S., at least i can judge the ones i have been to; NY, NJ, CT, DC, CA, FL. Like Indian dishes, Bosnian Borek ( spinach, meat pies), and so many more. Their meat is more quality, AAA Grade meats. Also they have sugar free Activia. All of those sweetened Activias are too much with the amount of sugar in it. They need to carry those in US as well, not everyone can have those just because of they are flavored and sweetened. And one of the main reason i go to Costcos here is their poutine which French fries with some gravy and cheese curds on it, so delicious!! read more

This costco is my fav in GTA... Very well organized, less crowded, great customer service, then you have optical section, pharmacy, tire centre and Gas. We have used all these services here and our experiences has always been good. Their have most of items always, we well organized and shelved. read more

Confession : I don't like Costco. In general. Too busy, too crazy, too loud. In having said that, this location is the best one I've been to. Like all Costcos, this location is super busy but somehow doesn't feel as congested and just seems like a better layout. Random thought : I like how they have a protected pedestrian walkway in the middle of the parking spots - safely first in this crazy parking lot. My favourite part of visiting Costo involves taking a selfie with giant teddy bears. Trust me, when you see them, you don't be able to resist. Really want one for Christmas... If you ever need flowers, pick up a bunch here - they are usually really beautiful and only cost around $20 for a nice bouquet. My cousin and I once made all of the centre pieces for a bridal shower with Costco blooms - so gorg! On the way out, we stopped for fries and bae also grabbed a hotdog with drink for just under $5. We have been a regular at this place and have always had a great experience. The store is well organized. The quality of the products is great. The staff is friendly. The parking is huge but it can still get absolutely crowded, so one may not get a nearby parking every time. The best time is the morning when the store isn't crowded and one can shop in peace. The gas station is also great. During the days, especially on weekends, it can be really crowded but they also have about 18 fueling points, so the wait time is still just around 15-20 minutes. Morning is the best time when it is empty. read more

This costco is basically like every other costco but it's close to me! Gets super packed in the evenings and weekends.

This customer location is great it's fairly close to me and it seems to be a lot bigger than any of the other locations that I've put it in the past. I really like the fact that this one has the gas station because that's always a necessity. I forgot to get gas last time I was there so I made an effort to make sure I got it this time. I learned on my visit this time that they don't do exchanges which is really disappointing because I accidentally picked up the wrong size pants for my husband and when I went back to exchange it they no longer honored the six dollar coupon I received last time I was there. Anyway there's always a ton of people here but it doesn't seem quite a bit crowded. It reminds me of the Costco back home in Texas which was ginormous . I like how they have a great selection of items and so much room to roam around. You literally buy everything you need. read more

I love Costco for their ice cream, walked into this newly minted warehouse and straight up to the restaurant and ordered my "half and half" cone. First thing I noticed was the size, it was smaller that the other locations. I asked why so small and was told this is how they should be making them. Apparently the new machine has an arm to prevent them from making cones of varied sizes and shapes. Meh, for the price I'll just get another, enjoyed my Ice cream and left with a smile of a 10 year old that just had his favorite snack! read more

10 ladies working behind the customer service desk and only 1 customer being served while there is a huge line. 5 of the ladies feeling like it's necessary to organize the almost empty cart of returns. Another lady needs to literally saunter off to the washroom after the grueling task of serving each customer. Another lady needed 10 min to find just the right rol of packing tape. Another lady pretended to he baffled by the last return she did and was slumped over the counter just peering at the receipt. And then you have the most useless one of them all...the manager who doesn't have the courage to say anything to these ladies who know that and are clearly taking advantage of him. He just would stand in the middle looking helpless and scared. Then leave for a few minutes, hoping things would change. Come back to find that they haven't amd would pretend he came back to look for something. Leave again, hoping something would change, come back to seeing it still hasn't, pretend again to be looking for something. Pathetic. read more

Extremely rude & aggresive employee. I tried to have a conversation with gas station attendee gentlemen nicknamed Sempo (another attendant who changed shifts maybe due to the way he acted told me he is an aggressive person) . He was so rude he flat out started to get aggressive and told me to go check my eyes at the Doctor etc. I had my family with me so I had to walk away from the situation as he maybe was having a bad day or didn't understand what I was saying. I wasn't going to get into a fight in front of my young son just to try and explain to this individual his signalling should be clearer. I complained to the lady manager inside after asking a few employees. One told me to go online and complain. In the parking lot another employee I asked took me to the manager (maybe floor manager inside). She did listen to my complaint and said she would check the video. There was no paperwork or official complaint written in front of me so I'm trusting that something will be done about this. read more

We went to costco today August, 29, 2020 and went to cash out. The guy who cashed us out was VERY DISRESPECTFUL when we asked who the supervisor was he said it was him and showed us his vest... like we didn't even ask all we asked was who it was we didn't ask you to show your vest we understand english and he had a attitude when he was talking to us it looked like he was in a rush like your here for a reason why are you rushing. He treated us differently then the people around us it felt kind of racist. We told other staff members about the situation they were very understanding and helpful and were very respectful. I am a long time Costco member and was always thinking Costco has great service in terms of product and return. However, I changed my view totally recently when had my fridge delivered to a condo. The delivery company is Metro to Home. And the door is not opening the way I would like, I am currently asked to contact the manufacture to reversing the door and warned that the warranty will not be guaranteed. I contacted costco indicating the time slot for elevator is very precise(3 hours window) before I placed an order to buy a LG fridge for my condo. I was certainly assured by the costco rep that the delivery company was very friendly and they will adjust the time frame accordingly one day before the actual delivery. However, when I got a call from the delivery company, I was just told about the time to be delivered and there was no way for me to ask for a slightly time slot change (from morning to afternoon) for the first delivery. I had to call for the second delivery, and it was scheduled to 12-3pm today and then i booked the elevator again for 12-3. However, the delivery guy called me at 10:30am this morning said they were close and would be delivering in about 20 mins. I was so panic as I was not sure if the elevator was available in the morning....luckily the elevator was available and the security guy was so accommodating...and I got the delivery done. In a word, the delivery company is not friendly at all and change their time at their convenience. Plus every time I had to wait for 1 hour to get hold of the rep of the delivery company (I called 4 times so total would be more than 4 hours). It was very stressful and time consuming! I will never buy any appliance from costco if delivery is needed regardless how good the price it. read more
