I was searching online to purchase some health supplements, and found this store. Online it would have taken 5-10 days, so I thought of going to store making the purchase, as in their website it said they were following proper safety measures. There was a line up to go in, as they were only letting limited customers in at a time. They also check your temperature at the door. As I entered in, I felt like I was in a healthy food wonderful. They have variety of healthy snacks, supplements and pantry items. I was impressed to see the diversity. Plus they have few experts in their, who help you find products based on your needs and lifestyle. I went to get a bottle of Vit C, and came out with other 4 products. After having a horrible experience at the Healthy Planet store at Dixie Road and Dundas Street East in Mississauga, I did a search on my phone and found this one. It was just a question of driving up north for a bit. This Healthy Planet store is in a plaza with a ton of box stores. It is next to Canada Computes. There is plenty of parking. I parked and walked in. This store is a decent size. It is comparable to the one in Markham. I was greeted by a nice man providing cold-pressed juice samples. I went with the beet drink. It was good. The downside was that it had ginger in it, which I don't enjoy. I love beets to death, though. I rarely pass on anything with beets. You can get cold-pressed juice in a small refrigerator to the left of the store when you first walk in. You can also order it ahead of time and pick it up. It's cool for those who need their juice fix. I visited this location to get my vitamin supplement. Sure enough, it was there. I was happy. This store was pretty busy for a Saturday morning. It's always a decent sign that it's a decent store. I was doing a staycation and needed toner. I thought that I had enough for the weekend, but I was wrong. There was a 15% off sale on all Andalou products, including toner. I decided to get a bottle. So far, I like it. You can also try the samples there before you commit to buying. The woman at the checkout counter was nice. All Healthy Planet stores accept Vicinity cards. I simply tapped mine and I was good. This store wiped away my horrible experience at the Mississauga location. I hope to come back here again when I am in the neighbourhood again. (210) read more

I have ordered online only once due to the pandemic, however I prefer to shop in person since I can find items I was not even looking for and I can ask about the product live. KD read more

I went there to pick up a couple of things. Was checked in a couple of times but the reps there. The rep there name Jaz helped me pick out some good supplements. Sounded very knowlegable and provided great advice and non pushy. Very direct and knows what he's talking about. read more

Today other customers and I were struggling to talk over the lousy choice of music near the cash, big sale on but hardly anything more than 10% off unless expiring soon, beware of freezer burn on their frozen foods (I have gotten so sick), whole foods has better deals on a daily basis if you don't mind driving to square one. read more

I'm a strong advocate of healthy eating, and this is a great store to get the right foods to maintain a good diet. Great place for shopping organic, vitamins, supplements, and nutritional beneficial foods. The prices are typically better than trying to buy organic from a big bulk grocery store. The staff are friendly, and its a good location, right off the highway. read more

I love this store.. although I prefer the Pickering location because the prices are soooo Much Lower, that you would forget your shopping Organic! This store the prices are really high, but when I run out of my regular soaps and tooth paste and items, I will just purchase it whenever I can, regardless of price or location. I give it 3 stars because I am familiar with this company and they Always have what I want.. but the Pickering location will always be my favorite. The service here is okay, I don't think they really know what they are doing, I'm probably more familiar with the products then they are. read more

Nice staff, large variety of vitamins and supplements at prices competitive/cheaper than other big box stores, items are well organized and easy to browse. My only problem is sometimes the price online doesnt match the store - so it gets a little confusing if your browsing and comparing online first. read more

We go here occasionally because they carry many of the items I buy which my usual grocer's organic section seems to run out of sometimes. I do not like the location, having to fight through traffic and pedestrians crossing in this overcrowded parking lot, mainly because there is an Ocean's in this plaza. I would give the store better reviews except for this inconvenience, because prices are exorbitant, and also one pushy female staffer..A customer should not have to tell you multiple times that 'They are fine" (i.e. back off) or "I just want to browse". I only thought I'd mention it because I got the sense she may be a manager which is unfortunate. Felt I was being pushed to hurry up and buy what I need and this has happened twice in this location. Other than the one individual, the guys who work here are friendly and helpful (if you actually need any help that is). I should also mention they need to replenish stock more frequently in some cases as one of the expensive drinks I bought was rancid. For now I'll keep going here (occasionally) if I need something but will be dreaming of the day Brampton gets a Whole Foods or better natural foods store to frequent. (Prob not gonna happen I know..) At least we have this...I guess. read more
