I managed to find one package that was not expired/close to expiring, however they should take their food safety a little more seriously. We shop at this location numerous times and never have problems when it comes to price matching online sale price vs in-store price. I came today and bought items here that were on sale online and when I was paying for my purchases, the cashier/store manager YASMAN said that she can't give me the online price. I told her that I shop at this store all the time and they always match the online price. This is the first time it happened that they didn't honor the online price so in the end I still paid for the regular price. Later on I realized that I should just buy it online coz it's much cheaper. Since I'm still shopping and in the vicinity, I returned back to the store and return the items I have bought. Now here's another kicker - the same cashier/store manager is saying that she can only give me a store credit since one of the item's plastic seal was broken. I told her that it was sold like that to me and I just bought it from her. And it's not even like more than 2 hrs since I left their store. Yasman the store manager was so rude, unprofessional and not helpful. She was adamant that it was the store policy and she has to issue a store credit if the item seal was broken. I told her then you shouldn't be selling back to customer items with broken seal. When I went to back to check, I saw some item on the shelf (see photo) which doesn't have the plastic seal and still being sold by this store. So BUYERS BEWARE: make sure that you check that you're not buying a broken item seal otherwise when you decide to get a refund you will not get your money back but will instead be issued a store credit. This unpleasant and negative experience cemented the fact that I will not patronize going forward this business and all Healthy Planet location!

European grocery stores are about $4 per 50g for the same herb, although less selection. I reciprocated, intrigued by the fair-trade bananas from Ecuador and more. This store has a lot of vegan options. It also has gluten-free and keto items, but the vegan specialty items were prevalent. I loved seeing vegan meals in clear containers. I saw vegan marshmallows that aren't all that common. I was intrigued by the mushroom teas. I got one of the elixirs to try out. This place had coconut nog at a reduced price. I love the nog, except that it is super sweet. The price was right, though. You can get baking items and toothpaste here. I liked that the oral hygiene section was near the chocolate bars. Coincidence? I think not. I ended up getting a dark chocolate bar with coconut and skipped getting toothpaste. There was a bottle of The Good juice. It had celery, cucumber, and spinach in it. I liked the sound of that mix and got a bottle. I loved this store so much. I told the woman on staff that I loved shopping here. She was genuinely happy that I did. I paid with a debit card. All went well. I actually had my Yelp canvas bag with me that I got from Descendant. I used it to place all my goodies in it. Perfect! This market was a great find. When I had a large yard I would get dizzy trying to keep my order under $150. This year for my balcony I ordered the kitchen herb garden. Thirteen plants ( I think) for an unbeatable price. I have ordered essential oils for my laundry spritz water and they always arrive safe and sound. My only wish is that they would print a few uses on the back of the plant ID plastic identifiers, or on the invoice. This is the best nursery ever and the plants are clean, no little travellers!
