Great selection of food, produce and other items. Sometimes you can find good promotion or reduced prices and of course, the food sample is temporary here, which is great! read more

Wow! We ordered the large pepperoni pizza and for some reason it was extra delicious at this location! So cheesy with crispy pepperonis and the bread was perfectly soft and crispy on the edges. It was so heavenly we had to call it Angel Pizza because angels must have made it! The pizza was huge too for only $12.99! I've had the pizza at other locations and they must be using different ingredients at Etobicoke location. Anyone know for sure? Only minor complaint is I wish the pepperonis were evenly spaced. I don't like seeing empty, uneven spaces on my pizzas! Highly recommend this pizza at this location! Also it wasn't busy at all at 6:30pm on a Monday which was so surprising. read more

It's rather a busy warehouse since it's serving both Etobicoke and Downtown area and also has a gas station. Other than that, the layout is mostly similar to other warehouses and it offers the same products. Fresh fruits and vegetables, deli, dairy, etc. The warehouse is clean and well-maintained too. read more

I went there today May 25 at noon with my 15 year old service dog who just had surgery and was in a carrier and my crippled husband. The lady at the self check out said I had to put the dog on the ground. She embarrassed me in front of a large amount t of people to top this off. I explained why I couldn't and she said not her problem. So I ignored her and started scanning my items. I was approached by the supervisor again I was explained the situation while the dog was in his carrier and her telling me that I was rude to her employee. My husband got upset as again he was embarrassed and saying this all out loud in front of a lot of people was not right. He was in pain and was trying to hurry because he couldn't stand any longer. She kept going on. This is disgusting and should never have happened. I intend to take this all over social media and calling head office since this is the way crippled people are ignored, embarrassed and a sick dog treated. Shame on you Costco. read more

I never thought this would be the case, but Costco grocery shopping has become my favourite hobby this past year. I mean, what else is there to do? They always have unique finds that are of excellent quality. I randomly went to the Etobicoke location and noticed they opened an outdoor garden centre. Is this normal, or are they captivating on the garden centre "essential" loophole? I'm not complaining. I impulsively picked up a sizeable ~8inch basket of patio cherry tomatoes for $14. They also have beefsteak tomatoes, which are better for in-ground gardening for the same price. Herbs are 4 for $12. Not the best deal since the plants don't look that full, and I had seen fuller plants at other grocery stores for the same price last year. The Costco chicken is well known but their prepared meals are seriously underrated. I've tried their gyro kit, chicken tacos, stuffed peppers and recently picked up their paella. I just tossed it in my pan to warm up, and the results looked like I slaved in the kitchen today. Great ingredients and kinder to my wallet compared to Uber Eats. Win. PS - I just found out if you forgot your Costco membership card, you can just show your logged in app to get scanned. Even for gas, you'll just need to call the attendant in advance so they can let you use the pump. read more

Been a member here since Day 1 in 1995. The parking situation is such that now you have to consider parking on the street. Gas lineups can be long. Prices are noticeably lower than other supermarkets in general. And the clothing section has improved over the years. The food court is a disaster though. Usually filthy and 30% occupied by non-eaters. The ladies behind the counter shrieking out the number being served is ridiculous. Language skills not required. Prices have crept up and shrinkflation abounds. What can ya do. read more

Here's a brief update... I freaking HATE the looooong lines to get inside. And I really MISS the food court seating, which hasn't been brought back, even though restaurants are open for dining in...sad face! Here's a pic of a particularly yummy, new item....absolutely AMAZING Mini Frittatas. They're packaged 2 to a tray, 6 trays in the box. So easy to use, just zap 'em in the microwave, 1.5 minutes for 1 tray. They're great for breakfast or a snack, SOOOO INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS, SERIOUSLY!! Try them! I think they're $12.99 for a box of 6 trays, in the freezer section! And in case it's important to you, they're vegetarian too!! read more

This concerns their pharmacy. While there are a few good people in the shop, overall, the service is slow with lots of mistakes, and it's very hard to get anyone on the phone. There is a lack of customer followup - they don't seem to contact with updates when needed such that your order can just sit unattended for days. The main draw is their competitive pricing and dispensing fee which appears to be the lowest in Toronto. If you have the budget, you might want to go to a place with better customer service. read more

Today I went shopping with my mother who is 77 yrs old an employee named Johnny parez comes yelling at my mother who is as old as his grandmother for removing empty banana boxes to reach for the green bunch underneath. My mom tried to explain to him that she is not able to reach due to the many empty bananas one bunch in each box preventing the customer from reaching the green ones underneath. He starts yelling at her that she should not remove the single bunches in the empty boxes to fill one box. I approached him asking him to respect my mother since she is the age of his grandmother and lower his voice. He starts yelling at me for helping my mom. I pointed out that my mother is actually doing his job of cleaning up the space and it would be of great help if he removes the empty boxes from the way that my mom has stacked up. He refuses to remove the empty boxes and keeps yelling at my mother to leave the empty boxes and not remove them to reach for green bananas. I was very surprised that the on duty manager came and after I explained to him what had happened he said on his own time Johnny will remove the empty boxes. I understood then if management does not care about customer service no wonder employees don't. It is however unacceptable to be disrespectful to customers. the customer service is horrible. and I dare say there is abuse of elderly at this location. read more

LOVE COSTCO! Have been a member for over 20 years and I jumped at the chance to join since initially Costco memberships were restricted to business owners and certain union members. Memberships were being offered to people living in the immediate vicinity but in reality, Costco was opening up memberships to everyone. At first I didn't use my membership very often but fast forward and I'm now there every 2 or 3 weeks. Although one can usually save on most items as they are in larger sizes, the main draw for me is the overall quality and value of the products on offer. The in-house Kirkland branded items are superior quality and they also carry a lot of other items by lesser known brands which are unique and also of superior quality. They often have samples for tasting new or unfamiliar products. A number of easy to prepare meals are offered, including lasagna, chicken pot pie and stuffed peppers. Decent selection of frozen products, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy, cheeses and meats. Kirkland dog and cat food is not only inexpensive but also excellent quality. Bulk items like toilet paper, cooking oil in large jugs and shaving cartridges are great value. One must be careful with the spices since they come in fairly large containers and unless they are used up relatively quickly, they will not keep for years. A bargain is not a bargain if you end up throwing out half of it. Costco has an amazing return policy and I have rarely needed to return something. The service by the staff members is very good and they apparently are a good employer. This location can be fairly busy towards the weekends so getting parking space or getting through the checkouts can be a challenge. That said, things have normalized since the height of Covid lockdowns. Costco does not claim to have a very wide selection of products and a membership may not be right for everyone, but I find new ways to spend more than I initially planned. If there is a criticism it's that the stock gets moved around... a LOT! This makes it difficult to sometimes find an item or know if it is no longer carried. And that is the other, that really awesome products sometimes disappear and never return. Ah well, that is to be expected when you need to make room for new products... read more

Costco Pharmacy on Queen Elizabeth Blvd. is the reason that everyone should go to their neighbourhood pharmacy. This week, when I dropped off a prescription I told them that my insurance company needed a certain code entered for my disabled child, however when I picked up the prescription they wanted to charge me for the meds despite the 100% drug coverage that my insurance company covers. When I challenged it, I was told it was my mistake because I needed to let them know at prescription drop off - which I had! I had also been told the day before, at the drop off, that they only had part of the prescription so I opted to come the next day to get the full prescription. I even called to ensure it would be there. I waited 15 minutes in line then another 10 minutes because they had only put 10 of the 50 pills in the bottle and then another 30 minutes while they redid the prescription to give it the right code. Almost an hour to get my prescription!?!? On top of that, twice they have tried to charge me for a brand name drug instead of a generic version despite me telling them when I dropped off the prescription that I want the generic one. I appreciate that they are at least friendly but with the long lines and the incompetence at the end of them - it's not worth your time... read more

This Costco is one of the closest one to the downtown by car. Being a Costco fan this is my go to spot for a quick shopping spree courtesy of Zipcar. If managed properly one can go, shop and come back with an hour and hour and half window from the downtown core. Unfortunately getting in and out can be tough due to the unbelievable lineups at the gas pump. Product variety is very standard and one can't find some neighborhood specific stuff unlike the North York or Scarborough location. I did however find Country bread from Primiere Maisson of Montreal! at an incredible price which I haven't seen at other locations. Lineups can be testing at times other than that what is their not to like high quality products, almost unmatched returns policy it just spells value! value and more value! read more

I am avoiding this location on weekends PERIOD I wasted a lot of time looking for parking even in the far back near the gas station to the back near the QEW only to find that people had parked on the road. I love this place! It is a great spot to get food and more. It is a large area that you can often find yourself Costco goodness that will seep into your heart! So much finds and so much deals it is the place of dreams. My favourite to get here is the water from the vending machine it just gives the perfect amount of ooze that I feel magically refreshed. There is so many sections you maybe wondering what is my favourite, well mine is the egg section that I love coming when I need to stress relieve. My only criticism to this utopia of glory is that I don't like the chicken tenders. read more

When you're looking to get cheap gas in the GTA, there aren't too many locations that have the gas stations, let alone a relatively reasonable lineup to get in. Scarborough? Forget about it. This location is where it's at, with lineups that are only 5 cars deep most times, and empty on off peak times of the day. Other than the gas station, it's also right off the Gardiner, and the interior is relatively uncrowded. Staff seem friendly and well trained as well. Would make this a regular stop in the future for when I want to get my bulk purchases on. read more

Review is for gas pumps. BEWARE!!! Possible credit card skimmers targeting the pumps here. I've always gone to this Costco for gas bc it's supposed to be safe with an attendant always walking around. However, on one of my previous trips, while going through the process of first swiping my membership card then follow up with my credit card and pin, the whole transaction got rejected. Then when the rejection receipt printed, exactly $150.00 was the attempted charge. Keep in mind, I did not pump any gas yet and also I had to go through the digits screen prompt of telling me to insert membership card then credit card. The receipt even had my membership number and last digits of my credit card. Although, the transaction did not go through, it was still an eye opener. read more

In the morning, right at 10am, when my stomach is already growling, due to my mini breakfast I usually go to Costco right near my work. $1.50 for a hot dog and a drink, for a mid morning snack, AMAZING! I usually go for a deluxe slice and a drink, $3.55, nice price for a tastier meal. Think of 2-4-1 style pizza. But cheaper, therefore better. You'd be surprised how many people are eating at CostCo so early in the morning. Most places struggle to be open for 12. Costco has everything ready to go, for 10am, sharp, I respect that. Now, one day I gotta go and see how sampling is in the morning, maybe tomorrow?! read more

You can laugh about how you walk in just for eggs and come out with $200 worth of candies, novels, gardening gloves, and that new gas stand alone fire pit for your non existent back yard. But really... it's not too far off if you're left unchecked in a Costco. This particular Costco is one of the better ones in GTA. Not only because they are staffed to handle the volumes (most of the times) but their product offering is actually better than other ones nearby. The Costco gas station here is a mess (another review) but the store itself isn't as terrible as there is 3 entrances to get in and out (apparently there was a 3rd I didnt even know about). Parking is plentiful though on a Saturday afternoon, you think you're parking for a Leafs game. Inside the store, it's well organized, constantly clean, and aisle ways SHOULD be big enough. But I'm going to be honest and say that there are so many terrible shoppers that randomly stop in the aisle just cause they can't figure out how to move off to the side. It's annoying and just part of shopping at Costco. I wish people would be more considerate or conscious of what they're doing. As for the items here, you can find everything from sports equipment to coffee beans to Kinder eggs to Organic Olive oil to tires. There are some standard items you have month over month (clothes, most dairy products, most fruits, cookware... etc) but the seasonal stuff is the fun section. Spring and Summer brings out the garden section, patio furniture, summer focused sports equipment, bikes, and a lot more bbq season items. Winter time brings on ALLLL the toys (like 3 aisle worth) for Christmas and tons of candies for stockings and office gifts. I find more premium items here like better cheeses (more imported and award winning ones), premium make up (Guerlain and Stila items can be found), more variety of better cooking sauces and condiments (registered olive oils from Spain or Italy), better seasonal goodies (imported European chocolates vs the conventional sugary commercial ones).... the list goes on. I also find the expiry dates are further out here... maybe it's cause they go through their stock faster. Not sure but I've never hit the expiry date on anything I've bought from here. Learning to shop the best at Costco took me a bit of time but now I do make up my annual fees 4 times over. I look for seasonal clearance savings to double up on the savings... my biggest savings was over $1000 retail for a marble counter vanity for a bathroom reno. Even if I'm buying greek yogurt... I would buy a package of 3 Liberte yogurt for only $5.59. If you go to Loblaws, its $5 for one. There's massive savings if you're smart about it. Two biggest tips on saving even more than you would ... Look for the clearance items and wait for seasonal sales half way through the season. They're the ones that end in $X.97. That means that item is not going to be restocked and ready to clear out fast. Also, if you are not desperate to buy something seasonal ... try to wait till half the season is over. You can find prices drop by at least 20% if not more. I got a tennis racket for $24.97 and it retails for $80. I also got a few high end baking sheets for only $19.97 for 3 and it retails for $18 for 1! Patience is a virtue here! With everything I need, I've managed to change most of my shopping to Costco and saved considerable amount over my old shopping at Loblaws, Superstore, and any other spots in the GTA West. To me, I'd gladly pay the $120 executive fee to save easily over $150 just in the year end rebate ... thats not including the normal $10 to $20 I save each week. read more

The gas station here is about 10 cents cheaper than a major brand station - and normally 5 cents cheaper than a discount brand station. So, if you're coming out anyway it's worth it to fill your tank. Their propane is the cheapest I have seen anywhere - an empty take is filled for 10 bucks. That's better than the 20 dollars at a number of gas stations, or 25 dollars at tank swaps. The parking lot is huge - and only at its busiest are all spots taken. But, even then, you rarely have to wait long. At the end of a day it's a Costco. You know what you're in for when you head there. The real thing is the parking. I've been to some locations where I had to turn around and head home - there was never going to be a spot. This one? That's not a problem. Ohh! And they have great baby food apple snack pouches, cheap wipes, and carts large enough to safely strap in two wee ones! read more

This Costco is the closest to downtown and gets plenty of traffic. Parking is ok at this location which is great! The gas bar is here which sometimes clogs the entrance with traffic but not normally. I've had good service when returning items at this location too. If you go early on a weekend shoppers are hustling around getting stuff done and you have to keep up or get run over by a giant shopping cart! Later in the afternoon things calm down somewhat and the sample taster customers are out cluttering the aisles a little, but the checkout lines always are very efficient and flow well regardless of the store traffic. Long live Costco! read more

You know what? I don't often write upgrade reviews for businesses, typically in my experience bad tends to stay bad and if once good, unless they really cock-up, I'm not going to kick someone while they're down by lowering my personal review - I'll let others do that. In this instance, one purchase, and one purchase has raised my opinion of not just this Costco but all Costcos. The fresh uncooked chicken wings! Have you ever had them before? They're outstanding. I was hosting a Superbowl thing at my place and was tired of getting the run around from local pubs and wing joints on ordering wings for pick up. Went to Costco for other party bites and saw their 2.5 kg of wings for about $20 (vary by weight). No variety in flavour just a standard smokey bbq - which is fine, if you're entertaining put out some hot sauce for those looking for a kick. I cooked mine on the BBQ for about 12-15 minutes, rotating every 3-5 minutes and BOOM! Super meaty, flavourful, and a little crisp (on the bbq). Amazing! Between this and the massive $10 ready to cook fresh pizzas it's all you need to entertain friends. read more

Signed up for a executive membership when Costco came at work for a corporate promotion. Had to go in a physical store to get the membership card made and this trip to the Costco café was a result of that. After a quick grocery run for produce and protein, decided to grab a quick bite for a late lunch. I got the Turkey Provolone Sandwich and the Latte for dine in and an order to Chicken Strips and Fries to go. I have to say, this is the most generous (read thickest) layer of Turkey breast deli meat I had in a sandwich, toasted perfectly with Provolone on a baguette style bread. The bread was toasted well and it combined fantastically with the thick layer of juicy Turkey breast deli meat and melted Provolone cheese. The sandwich was very filling and tasted delightful. The Latte was ok, I felt they used too much milk and not enough espresso. The Chicken Strips were good as usual, moist and tender and was a perfect combo with their delicious soft-on-the-inside-crunchy-on-the-outside fries. Final verdict, the Turkey Provolone is alone worth coming back for and is good enough to give any specialized sandwich store a run for their money when it comes to a Turkey Provolone sandwich. :) read more

Probably my favorite location. Close to work and also a gas station is available. Most costco locations are almost the same in cleanliness and staff are always good and friendly. I was a long-term Costco customer in Chicago and then transferred my membership to Canada. The Canadian stores are similar to those in the US, for the most part. Of course, prices are more, even after currency conversion, and there is no booze, wine or beer (Illinois allows these to be sold by any food merchant) but mostly it's the same stuff. Don't go expecting an enormous variety of choices. Their stores are big because of the breadth of categories and because of the amount of inventory, not because of depth of selection in any category. Another thing to remember is not to be intimidated by what seem like long lines - they are not actually that long as folks buy a lot of large clunky stuff which makes the line stretch out. As for service here, the checkers are excellent - much better than the ones at my former Chicago Costco. Very friendly and helpful. I'd like to see the folks at the Pharmacy have a bit more command of English however. Also, be aware that they have a lot more online offerings if you join. It's good for electronics and computers assuming they happen to carry what you are looking for. Furniture, however, even the more expensive stuff, generally looks a bit off or cheesy. As for the food, look for bargains on cheese, yoghurt and other dairy items. Ignore the produce - you can generally buy it both cheaper and better at local product markets. Their frozen pasta is very good. Costco always has excellent meat, especially beef. Another recommendation is their sheet cakes, which are quite good, very reasonable and only require a one-day turnaround for decoration. Remember that they don't take Visa or Mastercard. Bring cash, a debit card or American Express. read more

It's so interesting how all Costcos basically look and feel the same. I feel the only need to come here or to be a member, if you own a a small food services business and need to buy things in bulk, or you have a large family, and buying produce/meat and other groceries in bulk seem like a good idea. They actually carry more types of things like I expected, like Cheese and fresh produce. Also you can find some gluten free and all natural products if you look carefully in the non perishable item sections. I also found a decent deal on Cold FX and those types of things. There are other perks like Electronics and Books and what not, but they aren't really that much cheaper than the other retail stores, especially when you factor in your membership. Coming here on a rainy Sunday afternoon was a nightmare. This is the cool hangout spot I guess. Paying at the cash is crazy. Be prepared to fight for a spot and fighting off people that bud you. They don't take credit card, except Amex. read more

Why should any self-respecting downtown gal have a Costco membership? Reason #1: I'm a small business owner, and Costco offers the BEST deal on credit card point-of-sale terminals. The offer is through Elavon and the service has been outstanding. Reason #2: Costco is one-stop shopping for my business supplies. Reason #3: We entertain a lot. I can buy good/great quality food at reasonable prices, which enables me to serve my guests fab eats. They also have the cheapest propane and gas. Reason #4: Costco has deals on lots of services; from painting to custom kitchens. They also have furniture, flooring, and some appliances. My rule of thumb; check Costco first, you never know! Reason #5: They take EVERYTHING back... So easy to return stuff. Reason #6: They have the BEST Amex card... 1% back on all purchases & 3% back on all restaurants! You get a voucher at the end of the year...mine was $50! :) read more

My Costco Card saved my life!!!! You may think of Costco as a great place to buy lots of great items at good prices. If Costco was allowed to sell wine, it would be perfect, but I digress. I moved to Canada from the states recently and decided to travel with a friend to the Falls. "Leave your passport, you won't need it". Armed with the GPS we set out for Niagara Falls. Not knowing exactly how to get to Niagara Falls, Ontario, we trusted the GPS completely. It led us to the border. Before we could turn around, we were trapped on the bridge. We waited 45 minutes before our turn. One of the meanest people who ever lived, once he realized we had no passports, ordered us to turn off the car and hand over the keys. He snarled at us and demanded our ID's. Even though we explained that we just made a wrong turn, too bad!!! What made things worse was that I only had my temporary license, and you guessed it... No photo ID! The only thing I had was my Costco card with my picture. After being hassled for a while in another holding pen with other potential terrorists, we were released to return to Canada. After the same wait in line, the Canadian officers were dumbstruck that I had entered the US (albeit only in the semi-jail area at the border) with a Costco Card as my only photo ID. After being sent for a brief wait inside and more explanations about the wrong turn, we were released (by an officer trying to suppress a laugh) to go to the Falls. Thank you Costco!!! read more

I love Costco! Particularly this location because of the gas station. Gas here is always cheaper and totally worth the wait on long-queues-Sunday. Also, a few things: 1. Buying organic/gluten free foods at Costco is such a relief because of the non-steep prices... It's a difficult trait to find in specialty foods. 2. Appetizers are amazing! 3. Costco meat is top grade. So is the cheese. 4. Their sampling program is amazingly effective. I almost always end up buying something I sample. 5. Mmmm, tuxedo cake. My picks? Ground beef, simple portions veggie straws, nature's path chia granola, coppola's genoa salami and prosciutto and at times, that massive Nutella. read more

Costco is great. Of course, you need a car and either self-control or money in your bank account, cause the portions are huge and they don't take normal credit cards. Good things to get at Costco: The meats, beverages (except, of course, alcohol, in Canada. boohoo), cheese, snack foods, cleaning and paper products. All are much better priced and equal quality to your regular supermarket. Things I don't get at Costco: veggies or fruits. For one thing, you have to buy way too many for a small household, and for another, I am quite sure they are fresher elsewhere. Don't trust the store hours. According to the website, and the sign on the door, this Costco was not supposed to open until 10am, but when we got there at 9:45, they were open. This particular Costco is pretty well organized, although today there was one worker who seemed a little crazy and who kept plowing through the back section of the store on one of those mini-tractor things. He scared me. The check-out people are AMAZING. They have one person scanning everything so quickly it's crazy and a teammate loading the cart back up. Very efficient. read more

My family has been going to this Costco for about 5 months and I have to say I'm glad we became members. Who knew that a simple warehouse store with no design would be so cool. What to Expect -Parking lot is very big BUT is not enough for the amount of customers they have. Finding a parking spot on a Saturday afternoon takes patience, a sharp eye and FIERCENESS. Once you see a parking spot do NOT let anyone else have it! -Store also gets quite busy on weekends, better to go on weekdays when people from far away don't have time to go. -Free samples are a nice touch, although the employees are notoriously slow when preparing the food samples so you also have to be patient. -Lines for the cash register surprisingly moves quickly because people only buy a few items. -They have a food counter where hotdogs, poutine, fries, pizza etc. are sold for a low cost. Shopping tips -I mainly buy only the basics from Costco, e.g toilet paper, because it is MUCH cheaper to buy in bulk rather than in small quantities. -Their rotisserie chicken is to die for, it is juicy and flavourful for $7.99 (I think that was the price) -Their Kirkland brand is typically the same quality or better as other name brands and you'll save a couple bucks. -They have AMAZING steaks, not even kidding they are restaurant quality and worth the $25 for 3-4 big pieces. Enjoy your time in the brilliant no-frills store that is Costco. Be patient and realize that in the long run you will save money by buying in bulk. read more

I have been a Costco member for over a decade. This place never stops or slows down unless there's a power outage. The weekend is way too busy for me and there is always a traffic jam inside and out. The meat is fresh and comes at a decent price compared if you would buy the same at a grocery store. The rotisserie chicken seems to be a popular item but I'm always finding new things for the home that I don't really need. The snack bar offers great hot dogs, pizza and smoked meat plus drink for under $5. The staff is pretty nice there but the customers can be fairly rude at times. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because I can never leave without spending minimum $100. Everything is $14.99 or $19.99. Good tip is to go on a weekday and avoid the big crowds. read more

I truly enjoy Costco. I'm not too sure if the membership fee is worth it mathematically but they carry lots of brands not available at other stores and their own brand, Kirkland is pretty good too. This place is AMAZING!! I go there all the time now to get my spinach cheese, and beef raviolis ! They are Delish!! I even wrote a yelp review about the muffins from that restaurant because their muffins taste like cake, very soft, ultra fresh, tons of good flavor. You can sniff the good blueberry pastry smell from 3 feet away. Guess what, they were from Costco!!! Good really good deal on Elisabeth Arden face cream for hydration! $40 instead of $110 in Shoppers! Best face cream ever! They have incredibly CHEAT meats!!! I am so regreting not going there last 2 years. probably could have saved $500 on grocery every year hah...=) Imagine big family can save big time from there. Have you been to a Costco? If you have been to any Costco in North America, then you know what to expect. The layout is pretty much the same as any other one from Los Angeles to Halifax. For all I know, the one in Mexico City is the same too, but I haven't actually been in a Costco in Mexico, so I'm going to go by what I know. This one has a gas station, which is great, because cheaper gas is always a very useful thing in Canada. If you're a US resident, your card works at any Canadian location, which I really appreciate. They've got pretty much all the same stuff -- good meats, good dairy, televisions, 20L of canola oil, gigantic bags of pistachios, and pizza at the cafe in the checkout. If you haven't been to a Costco ... what's wrong with you? Get a membership and you too can buy cases of cheap paper towels! read more

Costco gets 2 stars this week, but only because when we got to the check out we realized that one of the Easter Bunnies we'd bought for my niece and nephew had already been opened. I was on my way back to get a replacement while my boyfriend checked out and an employee stopped me and said that we could get the cashier to double scan the one item and she'd go and grab us another one! Applause for a Stellar Performance!!! So why only 2 stars? On the way to the car, we noticed a line of shopping buggies that were not put back into a cart return space, but lined up behind about five parked cars, including ours! Luckily, we were the last car, so we moved a couple of carts and were able to get out. While we were doing this, some dumb tit proceeded to stack his buggy into a line blocking in a bunch of other cars!! Now, I can see getting frustrated because there is no cart return in sight. I know because after this annoying scenario, I searched high and low for one. No no avail. The one side of the parking lot had no cart return. But to park people in like that? There must have been 20 carts in a line! More then the average person could move all at once! I was kind enough to leave it in an area that a) was not blocking in anyone's car and b) the cart was not able to roll away with the wind and damage anything. Whats up, Etobicostco? How come there aren't more people working to bring those carts back if you don't have enough return stalls? I know it's not their fault for the ignorance of customers, but there should be someone taking care of that stuff. Costco has a reputation for hiring and maintaining good staff and not cutting back on people to help. It's been two weeks on a row and things are not looking good here. read more

Nothing fancy here at the cafetria. The hotdog and sundaes are bomb. Try the fries at you own risk. Too much salt; my mouth was burning after. Chicken fingers were juicy and fresh. Shopping wise this place is on point. Amazing deals to be had. Well worth the membership fees. Tip: If you go a lot get the Executive Membership and rack up to $750 cash back per year. Buy multiple memberships if you operate a business and max out the $750. read more
