It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

Some dog hair was left on my floor, and my steering wheel was left sticky. Not sure if they use the same cloths on every car? They do a very quick job, which can be seen as not putting a lot of detail into their work... But for under $40, you can't expect a deep clean like a dealership does. I'd definitely come back.
