We visited this liquidation store on November 23rd & loved it! It was a complete surprize. It is clean & well-stocked. Prices are good & many good brands. Staff were pleasant too. Lots of good brand clothes, shoes & linens. We will be back soon. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE !!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM !!!! This is a scam, I ordered on line and received a broken unit, which was not in a shipping box, very old, with visible usage signs, bumped, cracked, with visible broken components. The unit was clearly in unusable condition, that was not at all the unit that was shown on the picture. I sent pictures of the unit to show that it was broken. I was asked to send the unit back to get the refund. Once unit was sent back, I received an email detailing a completely different unit, and refusing to refund the broken unit. This place is SCAM, do not order from this place !!! unless you want to loose your money. Not only do they send you junk, they have you pay for the return of the broken unit and then refuse to refund you !!! read more

Absolutely a front for garbage. It's not really a front as a shabby old run down building with literally hundreds of potholes and dirty and unorganized inside. That tells you the products are rejects, full of problems and I was constantly returning my purchase as it broke immediately on first using it when I got home. The people appear to be friendly but will bind together against you when you raise a problem or complaint. Please don't even think of buying higher priced items as it's heartache and headache when (not if) they break down. How can you expect that type of filth and disgust to be reputable. read more

Do not even bother going to this place. If you do, I warned you! It's like a giant garage sale with retail or HIGHER then retail prices. I was in shock looking at the sticker prices on old, broken, damaged or missing pieces items. I love a good deal and have been to many liquidation outlets and I spent my time laughing at the prices with my friend. Here are just some examples Same coffee maker I have paid $40 their price $60 16 piece plate set (alight chip missing a cup) $65 lol 18 piece plastic storage containers (now 12 pieces) $12.99 What! Even their dollar store cards are $2 Slightly damaged wooden bench (the bottom had a whole wooden plank broke off and the legs where totally scratched up bad. $120 Guys trust me if you want bedding, cookware or furniture Walmart is way cheeper and better quality. read more

I've been to the Orillia location and though some were overpriced, the selection was great and they had stuff from Target which I love! I live near Barrie and saw that they had one there, so I checked it out this weekend. I found two throw pillows on sale in a big box for $4.99 each. One had no price tag of $4.99, but had the original price of $12.99 that the other pillow I wanted to purchase (which did have a $4.99 sticker on it). I went to the cashier to pay, and I paid not paying attention to what was being rung up and as I was in the car I realized the one pillow was rung up as $4.99 and the other $12.99, so I went inside to explain that both were the same brand and same original, sale price etc. The woman behind the cash looked at it and said it's because it ($4.99) was defective and the other ($12.99) wasn't. I looked at it, seeing no defects but agreed anyway and asked what the policy was which was store credit. I decided to take the pillow after all, because $12.99 was a better price than $19+ you see everywhere else. Fast forward to me being at home, unpacking the pillows - I take off the $12.99 tag so I can put the pillow on my couch and realize after seeing the tag with the laundry directions it actually had a $4.99 sticker on it after all! So I decided to drop by the next day to show the sticker and get the difference because it was rung up wrong. Well, this is why I'm writing a review. When I went in, the same cashier was there and I told her what had happened. She not only said that they don't ever put price stickers on that part but over the actual tag that can be taken off, but I got the vibe that she didn't want to give me the difference, like how she quickly gave me that shpeel of it being defective because she didn't want to take the time. I showed her the other pillow with the $4.99 sticker over top the $12.99 to clearly show I wasn't trying to do anything sketchy, and she still hesitated. I don't understand the hesitation as I thought I was being fair and clear. Its not like I was trying to scam for a $300 electronic trying to get it for $150. She ended up giving me the difference thankfully, but the experience was very disappointing because I had not ever been questioned for something so minuscule and for something I had clear evidence to be refunded the balance. Usually in most cases these things would be quick to reprimand. Some items don't have prices and things are all over the place, so if that's how I'd be treated with price tags - I don't really want to give my money and time to find out otherwise :$ read more

this store in my opinion is much bigger than the orillia location. unfortunately with how much bigger it is, many of the shelves were empty. for a liquidation store they sure are expensive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THE BARRIE LOCATION. as my boyfriend & I were checking out the woman behind the counter (tall, blonde long hair; unsure of her name). we accidentally added something we changed our mind on. she then looked at us, told us that she would then have to re-enter our whole order. at that point it was either I buy this item I don't want or wait for her to re-enter all our items. we waited. regardless.. she was incredibly dull as a person/cashier. absolutely no happiness, or smile near this woman. avoid at all cost. read more

We recently visited the Brock St store. We arrived on a Saturday, at 6:42. They closed at 7. We had seen a fridge there that we wanted to purchase and wanted to ensure that it was there so we could return the next day and purchase it. We stepped in the doors and were greeted not with a smile, or a hello, but with "We are closed." I stated, "you are closed at 7. It is 6:45." We were in and out within 5 minutes. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, because of that "greeting," we won't be returning to purchase the fridge. read more

This store is a rip off. I bought sunglases on the weekend and was told if I came in with recipt when I got paid they would give me the second pair with the sale price. Not only was I told they cant do this after they told me I could. But I was made to feel like I was full of crap because the employees wouldnt help. Even with the associate aggreing with me the manager still declined my purchase. I will not be back again. This is not the first time I have been railroaded with this store. read more

I went to the Liquidation Nation in Orillia last week and it was terrific! Their retail prices are exact and their discounts are amazing. I had pre-ordered a Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator/Freezer from Lowes. Liquidation Nation had the exact same model for $350.00 cheaper!! No dents...brand new. I also was able to get my bathroom light for $44.00 that Costco wanted $119.00 for!! A lot of their products come from Costco in the States. The Liquidation Nation in Orillia is fabulous! I didn't have more than a couple of hours to browse....but am going back again this week!! For those of you who are disatisfied with the Barrie location, which is much smaller....I recommend the Orillia location. It is huge and I think you will be delighted! read more
