He then installed the switch. 45 min job (he was a nice guy, did a reasonable job). Tested and all in, including cleaning up, chatting at the front door (where he called me a nice person) and sitting in my driveway 10 minutes was not even 1.5 hrs on site. Then I get a 400 dollar bill, for 2 hours labor and 100 bucks for travel and diagnostic (never disclosed to me). It's obviously a fraudulent bill, the tech wasn't even on property for long not even close. I emailed with with these concerns- Justin left a nasty voice message, said he would tell everyone around I had no intention of paying his bill from the start (which btw I never said I wasn't going to pay, I disputed the obvious fraudulent nature of the total which he had opportunity to discuss- he chose not to). He clearly doesn't understand legal defamation. Clearly a shady, fraudulent business with a man with zero business or people skills. There is literally zero chance the 100% 5 star reviews are legit.
