Save your money!!!!…read more Upon my first visit to drop off my clothes needing alterations (4 hems, 1 button fix), the gentleman behind the counter just rudely answered his phone without excusing himself from our conversation. Then, after all the pinning was done, I was forced to wait for 4 others customers that had arrived after me to finish their business. I was in the store for a total of 40 mins. I was told my clothing would be ready before my trip. Upon arrival to pick up my clothes, there was a sign on the door that indicated the business would be closed from October 18th to October 31st. No phone call, no warning, no clothes for my vacation. I called the business number just to have it go to voicemail. I had left a message about the status of my clothes and no phone call was returned. Upon picking up my clothing, there was no apology, no nothing after I indicated what had happened. It then took them 10 mins to actually find my clothing. Further to this, the pants that needed the button fixed weren't even fixed even though I was charged for it. I must say, after all of this poor, shoddy customer service, there was no way in hell I was going back to have my pants fixed. I'm usually a pretty easy customer to deal with, but this experience was awful from start to finish. The gentleman that works there needs a real good lesson in customer service.

He does what he says he will do, he shows up when he says he will and charges a fair price and he's friendly. His work, especially difficult and tricky projects (that other upholsterers refuse to do) is exceptional. Recently, Joe rearranged his schedule to fit in my emergency appointment. I had an oversized couch that needed to be removed from my apartment by disassembling it, and another upholsterer had flaked out on me and left me unable to empty my apartment on my move out date. Joe was able to come within 24 hours, do the work, help me move the couch to where it needed to go and only charged me half of what the flakey upholsterer wanted to charge. Onsite, Joe is friendly and personable and his wife, Carrie, (who you'll speak to if you call the office) is also a pleasure to deal with. You couldn't possibly go wrong working with them. I would unquestioningly recommend Craftmaster to absolutely anyone looking for a high-quality, reputable upholsterer.
