I drove it up to the shop (an hour drive) and Llyod (the head technician and store owner) sat with me for 2hrs, walking me through the issues and fixing them as we went. Nothing major to be fixed, just some small adjustments that made a world of difference. The level of care and service was tremendous. I would highly recommend. I just wish the shop were closer to where I live!

I called several times, but never got a callback despite leaving several messages. I finally got ahold of the head tech and was told how there is a shortage of techs and they are training some, but should get to it soon. I understand staff shortages, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I was finally promised it would be ready for yesterday. When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.

My husband has lung diseases so it was even more than just a duct cleaning we wanted. The tangible improved clean air quality and reduced dust was badly needed and we have to say that we got that in spades. The person who came to our home was most respectful, showed professionalism all throughout communication before and during the job he explained the process in detail, he was efficient and punctual. He left our home very neat and tidy, showed great respect for the home and the home owner. The time spent on our home was a little over 3 + hours and the man worked steadily at the job the whole time he was here. Unquestionably this is a service that we will have to do the regular Air Duct Cleaning from here on out. Above we gave a 5 star rating but we have to say that Bell's Air Cleaning Service was a 10 out of a 5 on the rating scale. Thankful and blessed to have found this company. KF222333

Then the one time I was in a jam, I needed a washer for a kitchen tap (that they had originally installed) to allow a renovation to continue I called and got the 'we will look into it and get back to you'. This was urgent and I stated so, but never heard back during that day. I eventually called back the next day and got the 'oh, we have been busy and didn't get around to looking for that, but we will now'. Five minutes later I got the 'we looked and can't find it, maybe try Amazon'. I doubt they even looked because for once there was nothing in it for them. Very disappointing. I never contacted them back as I instead just gave up on them and moved to another plumbing contractor.
