So don't use 2/3 of the features on your new dryer and then put a new know on it. I get home that night, go to do laundry once again dryer isn't working. Never once fixed the problem. I'm going to pay for someone to service my dryer rather than use this company that is contracted out under the warranty!

Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices.
