The tangible improved clean air quality and reduced dust was badly needed and we have to say that we got that in spades. The person who came to our home was most respectful, showed professionalism all throughout communication before and during the job he explained the process in detail, he was efficient and punctual. He left our home very neat and tidy, showed great respect for the home and the home owner. The time spent on our home was a little over 3 + hours and the man worked steadily at the job the whole time he was here. Unquestionably this is a service that we will have to do the regular Air Duct Cleaning from here on out. Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices. I eventually called back the next day and got the 'oh, we have been busy and didn't get around to looking for that, but we will now'. Five minutes later I got the 'we looked and can't find it, maybe try Amazon'. I doubt they even looked because for once there was nothing in it for them. Very disappointing. I then hired them again in September to cleanup everything off the property I was selling. There was furniture, garbage and a lot of old rusted paint cans. Again they did a fabulous job and I would hire them again. They ended up spending almost 10 hours cleaning up the property and did not leave anything behind. I was a little bit wary about hiring someone off the internet and never meeting them but there are still people you can trust and do a great job. I definitely recommend them.
