When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.

They placed floor mats/sheets to prevent dirtying the floor. They suggested the best filter to purchase for our unit, taking into the consideration the size of the home and if kids or pets were present. They tested the unit after installation. And they did their best to clean up after the job was done. And later on, the owner came to inspect to ensure that everything was done properly. A1 business. They return your emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. They not only service our immediate town - but anywhere else in the surrounding GTA.
