Then they book me Feb19 and want to charge me another $90 to come out. But they don't have the parts and I told them to just grease my cable and they want to charge me another $145. I didn't feel right so I cancel it and they want to charge me $101 for cancellation lol. These guys are a JOKE! Don't get rip off by this company!!!!

If there are any negative reviews, it's because everyone calls at once when the snow comes, and they realize something is broken, and have no patience - they can't be everywhere at once! And they don't know what part they need to fix your problem, until they see what the problem is, and which part is broken. On Spot knows what they are doing. Fair pricing, great service, and my snow blower has gone from being dead to being performing "almost like new" through the 20, 40, and 50 centimetres dumping of snow storm we've received in Toronto this season.. They are quick, thorough, and you get to use your snow blower to help neighbours and sidewalks in a time of need! *STAY AWAY *If there is a zero, this business gets it. Run as fast as you can! I called to have a…read moretech come by when in the area for a simple switch swap- already had parts, sent photos of everything to the owner. It was scheduled and NO ONE showed. I called the owner three times, the office twice and was told the tech had issues with parts (not mine obviously). He was 1.5 hrs late, screwed up my whole day for work and never even got a sorry. He then installed the switch. 45 min job (he was a nice guy, did a reasonable job). Tested and all in, including cleaning up, chatting at the front door (where he called me a nice person) and sitting in my driveway 10 minutes was not even 1.5 hrs on site. Then I get a 400 dollar bill, for 2 hours labor and 100 bucks for travel and diagnostic (never disclosed to me). It's obviously a fraudulent bill, the tech wasn't even on property for long not even close. I emailed with with these concerns- Justin left a nasty voice message, said he would tell everyone around I had no intention of paying his bill from the start (which btw I never said I wasn't going to pay, I disputed the obvious fraudulent nature of the total which he had opportunity to discuss- he chose not to). He clearly doesn't understand legal defamation. Clearly a shady, fraudulent business with a man with zero business or people skills. There is literally zero chance the 100% 5 star reviews are legit. ZERO chance.
