During delivery they broke it. The delivery guys did not unwrap it because they said it had come apart and it would be dangerous. The delivery guys were very late almost 8 pm. They did not remove the plastic to investigate they were only interested in getting home after starting at 7 am that morning. I had no way of lowering the unit until my son came over 3 days later. We removed the plastic wrap and found three out of the four screws had been ripped out of the washer damaging the washer and making it impossible to lower. There was no manual for the stacking kit explaining how to detach It is still sitting in my living room. The Brick has said that it is past the 24 hour mark from delivery and has done nothing to help me They have my phone number and they have not called. They said it was a warranty issue when clearly it isn't. Unfortunately I did not use visa. I used their card to get a 4 % rebate to use on future purchases. DO NOT USE THEIR CREDIT if you do find something you really like. It comes with no protection. They responded saying to email them. It looks nice but it does not take you anywhere. If you have any integrity you can call me. You know the number.

We assumed they were coming back as they left a few tools. When I called MULTIPLE times, and left MULTIPLE voicemails asking when/if they were coming back I didn't receive any response. I had to go through the 'customer curbside pickup' prompt to finally get directed to someone in service. ...and to quote her; 'We don't have the manpower to open pools like other companies, we can only remove the cover and prime.' Even after my shock l, I exclaimed this wasn't acceptable and she just said 'sorry this should've been explained to you.' It's inexcusable. The quality of the product is very nice. The cashier are nice but the speed is a little slow when check out people. But I they don't have much space to put things once they scan it. this location is near popeyes so you can enjoy some deep fried food from their and their is plenty of parking.
