Every single item I've ordered was damaged and poor quality. I've missed 3 days of work so that they can deliver, replace or pickup items needing to be returned. Once they send you the damaged furniture they want nothing to do with it. Once they have your money you are on your own. There is no manager you can speak to. It's been 2 and a half months and I still have broken furniture needing to be replaced. They are so unorganized and just don't care. I assure you that your furniture will have missing screw and bolts, chips and dents. The railings will be broken off the cabinets. They will do nothing to help you and you will be waiting for months to get things dealt with.
