    Wanted to buy a barbeque as a gift, great selection and service. Cindy was very helpful. we would go back when we need another barbecue.

    One of the Worst Retail Experiences - Misleading Pricing & Rude Service…read more Went to Goman Mississauga to buy an LG range (LSIL6334XE). Their big sign says "We match prices." Reality: they don't. I showed the salesperson Goman's own website listing the model for $1,999. Instead of honoring it, he claimed it was an "old model," pushed a pricier one, and said mine "might not be in stock." Only when I was about to leave did he check--and suddenly there was a shipment coming. When he finally started the order, he quoted $2,100. I showed him the exact Goman web page again. He said he "couldn't find it," and I literally had to guide him through their own website. After talking to the manager, he agreed to match the $1,999. Then I showed him Home Depot's $1,895 price. His response: "Grab it." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Told the manager. He brushed it off as a "wrong model" mistake--completely false, since the salesperson had already confirmed the correct model. Manager said they'd match Home Depot, but wanted $199 + tax for delivery/removal, which Home Depot includes. I walked out and bought it at Home Depot. Misleading price-match promise, evasive behaviour, and disrespectful service. Definitely not going back.

    Bought a Kobe Range Hood 14 years ago after much research both on product and company…read more ONE of the halogen bulbs just burnt out 14 years later. As this hood has no name on it AND I had no paperwork after all these years, I took a chance on calling them. Well, I spoke to Theresa at Goemans. She asked for my phone number and.....bingo. She checked her computer, found my sales invoice and forwarded it to me. With that info, I was able to download a manual and determine both how to change the bulb and what bulb was needed. New bulb has now been installed and all is working as expected. After sale customer service? 10/10 so thank you !

    I went in the store and gave them the dimensions of the fridge I required. The salesman showed me…read more3 that would fit and I chose I and paid for it. They were suppose to have it delivered and all set up and put it in the space.. The said they couldn't plug it in for 1 1/2 hours. It was sitting in front of my ovens and I asked if they were coming back to move it and put in the space. They said no that it moved easy on wheels and let I am a handicapped 76 year old and my friend is 82. This was Tuesday and they wouldn't send anyone and told me I would have to wait till Thursday. I had all my groceries in bags and my frozen would be gone by thursday. I had to hire someone to do it and then it didn't fir which the salesman said it would so I had to take out one of my cabinets. This cot me $300 and the loss of a cabinet and a great deal of stress and hardship. It is the m worst service I ever had. I wouldn't recommend CAS to anybody.

    Actually Sales area very good…read more The worst service received. The delivery is another thing. they arrive to deliver you, with bad attitude and in a hurry. They refused to move anything at all. they had to cut a small piece of drywall and they refused - I do it myself - when trying to connect the washing machine hoses they said that the tube was too high and had to be cut - no, it was not high, and it is composed of two threaded sections, if they removed one it was enough, but they did not want to and did not finish the job. I spoke to customer service to complain about the service and they refused to listen that they already had the delivery report and that it was what it was, that is to say they gave the reason to the deliveries and not to the customer. They refused to pass me a supervisor, a person named Aisha. I decide that I prefer to cancel the order because of these attitudes (especially Aisha) and bad service and that they come for their appliances and they tell me that I have to do a process and that if I want to return my appliances I should go for them myself and go to the warehouse, they lost a good customer (tanks to Aisha) of more than 25 years, and I have bought more than 100K of them.
