I found this place via positive Google and this is honestly a place that I drove by a million times, but not think twice about. I had to call them to ensure that they were opened. The place is literally looks like a blue house that is perched overlooking Erindale Park. It is located conveniently right off Dundas Street, so it's easier to access if you're driving East. There is a private lot. Upon walking in, place wasn't cluttered. There were Central Vacs & various Miele models displayed. They're a Miele dealer. So they not only fix, but sell vacuums as well. I never got her name, but as soon as I told her the issue, the female worker was able to open up my vacuum and remove the brush without any issues. She looks like she really knows a way around a vacuum! She determined that the issue was that the brush was broken as it wasn't spinning. This is where you hafta really put trust in what she was saying. I had no idea this part can break. It was slightly sus when she just went to the wall and grabbed a new brush (~$30) to replace the broken part without much consultation. In the end, the issue was resolved in about 15mins and $80. She did seem trustworthy when she commented that she would not spend any additional money fixing my older vacuum. That is fair. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome despite there being little agreement about the fee. It could've been worse.
