They said that there would be 250 dollars for diagnostics and I agreed. They came and concluded that the pressure from the pump was not sufficient and it needed to be changed.I agreed and paid 1146 dollars fo the pump. But the problem was not fixed.I calked them again. They came again and spent much time waiting on the phone for Navien to support them. Then they said there was a problem with the ignition module and replaced it and-still no solution .Then they visited again, and this time, they told me that venturi needed to be changed and billed me 9 hours of work at 125 dollars per hour. But my unit is still not working. I asked to cancel the invoice because I have no control over the number of hours, and also, although I had to pay for several parts and labour, the unit is not working.I have been waiting to hear about the cancellation of the invoice, but there has been no response yet.I don't recommend these people .Tehy can not solve the problem, but still, they bill you for many hours.
