Before he sent his guy over, my husband was on the phone with him and he ably assessed the problem right away, and figured what spare part he had to order before sending his guy to save time and effort, which was great! The second time we had a problem with our two-month old washer, we called Exzar on the phone and he did not hesitate to advise my husband what to do at no cost. Thank you very much Exzar for your excellent customer service and expertise.

Later Colin from Atlantis arrived and clearly explained the various options and answered all my questions. He was really honest and didn't try to push more expensive furnace models. Both Cody and Colin did the installation and were extremely courteous and professional. I have a really good feeling that I called this company so if and when our A/C goes I'll be definitely calling them. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC services.

He was not only an excellent technician but also a life saver. My 30 something years old furnace stopped working earlier this evening and the temperature in the house kept dropping. The hvac guy I used before didn't respond so I reached out to a couple of hvac companies in the area and I was worried that I might not get a response tonight, not to mention to get someone to come in to fix it. Long story short, Bulot responded to me almost immediately and within an hour he was at my door. He was very knowledgeable while being super friendly. He got right to the job and kept trying different things until the problem was fixed. Now my furnace is blowing hot air and I no longer need to prepare myself to sleep in a freezing bedroom. I will be using them for all my hvac needs from now on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had Bullet proof come in last week pour some of the sealer in and fluid. When the two gentlemen arrived (they were very polite and professional) they weren't sure what they were at the house for - it was all very confusing and unsettling. Almost $1000 later (which seemed a bit excessive for sealer and fluid).....the system is still broken and they are refusing to do anything about it - and instead suggested replacing both ACs. The whole thing seems a bit sticky to me and I'm not interested in engaging them at all. I live in a townhome complex in the college/Dovercourt area and many of my neighbours have chosen not to use them and instead have provided their own referrals. #frustrating

When I phoned Atomic Air, I spoke with Mat, who was friendly, professional, and understanding of my situation. He came out on the same day and spent over an hour thoroughly trying to fix the furnace. When the furnace could not be fixed (it was over 30 years old), he set a date to come and install a new unit. Mat arrived on time a few days later to install the new furnace. Along with Sebastian (shoutout to him), they managed to decommission the old furnace and install the new furnace seamlessly in an afternoon. They were very conscientious about keeping their work area clean. The work they did was superb, efficient, and done for a very reasonable price. Mat is a consummate professional who is knowledgeable, hard-working, and honest. If you are in need of an HVAC company, look no further than Atomic Air. You won't be disappointed!

My fan blower went on the unit and the company charged 135 dollars just to arrive at my door and then billed me 99 an hour to diagnose the issue. Then they had to order the part and came back a week later with the wrong part spent 3 hours figuring that out. Then came back a week after that without notifying me they were swinging by with the right part installed the part and after the part was installed told me it wasn't under warranty and charged me close to $300 for the part and then another 1.5 hours of labour costing me close to $750 in total for a part that should of been under warranty and I should of been charged half of this for the labour. Will not be using them again. Terrible customer experience. Workmanship is fine but lied about warranty, should of been told that on initial visit before part was ordered. Should give customers 24 hrs notice upon arrive. Shouldn't cost $150 or so to just arrive at the door especially when after that you charge $100 an hour.
