Ok I don't really give much reviews but when I do it means the service/product is either excellent…read moreor horrible. I d like to let whoever reads this to know how impressed I was with Bulot. He was not only an excellent technician but also a life saver. My 30 something years old furnace stopped working earlier this evening and the temperature in the house kept dropping. The hvac guy I used before didn't respond so I reached out to a couple of hvac companies in the area and I was worried that I might not get a response tonight, not to mention to get someone to come in to fix it. Long story short, Bulot responded to me almost immediately and within an hour he was at my door. He was very knowledgeable while being super friendly. He got right to the job and kept trying different things until the problem was fixed. Now my furnace is blowing hot air and I no longer need to prepare myself to sleep in a freezing bedroom. I will be using them for all my hvac needs from now on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately, my story didn't have a happy ending. A quick share regarding my upstairs AC (the…read moretownhome is vertical and has 2 units). I had Bullet proof come in last week pour some of the sealer in and fluid. When the two gentlemen arrived (they were very polite and professional) they weren't sure what they were at the house for - it was all very confusing and unsettling. Almost $1000 later (which seemed a bit excessive for sealer and fluid).....the system is still broken and they are refusing to do anything about it - and instead suggested replacing both ACs. The whole thing seems a bit sticky to me and I'm not interested in engaging them at all. I live in a townhome complex in the college/Dovercourt area and many of my neighbours have chosen not to use them and instead have provided their own referrals. #frustrating

So 5 years ago I had this company install my ductless a/c for a reasonable price. At the point of…read morepurchase I was told 1 year labour warranty and 7 year parts. My fan blower went on the unit and the company charged 135 dollars just to arrive at my door and then billed me 99 an hour to diagnose the issue. Then they had to order the part and came back a week later with the wrong part spent 3 hours figuring that out. Then came back a week after that without notifying me they were swinging by with the right part installed the part and after the part was installed told me it wasn't under warranty and charged me close to $300 for the part and then another 1.5 hours of labour costing me close to $750 in total for a part that should of been under warranty and I should of been charged half of this for the labour. Will not be using them again. Terrible customer experience. Workmanship is fine but lied about warranty, should of been told that on initial visit before part was ordered. Should give customers 24 hrs notice upon arrive. Shouldn't cost $150 or so to just arrive at the door especially when after that you charge $100 an hour.
