This year a quick reminder phone call to book a time was all we needed. Pierre arrives on time and takes great care in preparing the areas in which he would work. He is thorough in explaining the process and patient in answering my questions. A really nice guy who really knows his HVAC. When finished he takes the same care in restoring the work areas. The work is done efficiently and the quality of air in the home noticeably improved. Can't put a price on the health of my family's lungs, but Encore is indeed priced very competitively and we are signed up for repeat service.

I would highly recommend them for any HVAC condo installation. From our discussions, I could also recommend them for any house HVAC installation repairs. They provided assurance that they would troubleshoot and diagnose the issue before making any decisions on the parts that were failing. They were prompt for when they would arrive. They had 2 techs arrive plus a trainee - Sukhdeep, Balkar and Avtar. They explained in detail what was working and what was not. It was very beneficial and efficient to have multiple techs so they could be at the HVAC unit and thermostat. The condo service maintenance suggested the problem was the actuator. Sukhdeep and Balkar demonstrated that the actuator was working fine so that saved me from replacing a part that didn't need replacing. Their team is awesome and would highly recommend them.

Our home is quite old (built approximately 1915 apparently) and has been neglected by the previous owners for about 10-15 years, so basically everything needs attention. They were pet owners too, which just adds to our cleaning. We had to go with the Silver Package due to our budget but we'll definitely be in touch in a couple years for the full package. The work they did was very thorough on our vents and when I explained a problem area within our air return they made sure to concentrate their efforts to clear it of all debris. It took a couple attempts at clearing the vent because of the wires that had accumulated the pet hair and everything else but they were able to get it.

He gave me very good options and even worked with the manufacturer for the warranty of my furnace. The manufacturer gave us a significant discount to get a new furnace, I needed to replace my 20 year old furnace anyway. My furnace crashed again the Sunday before the furnace installation, he came to make my furnace temporarily work with no extra charges. I have worked with 2 other companies before and have contacted numerous ones. It's the first time I can say I highly recommend an HVAC company for the price, timeliness, and effort to make things work for a customer.
