During delivery they broke it. The delivery guys did not unwrap it because they said it had come apart and it would be dangerous. The delivery guys were very late almost 8 pm. They did not remove the plastic to investigate they were only interested in getting home after starting at 7 am that morning. I had no way of lowering the unit until my son came over 3 days later. We removed the plastic wrap and found three out of the four screws had been ripped out of the washer damaging the washer and making it impossible to lower. There was no manual for the stacking kit explaining how to detach It is still sitting in my living room. The Brick has said that it is past the 24 hour mark from delivery and has done nothing to help me They have my phone number and they have not called. They said it was a warranty issue when clearly it isn't. Unfortunately I did not use visa. I used their card to get a 4 % rebate to use on future purchases. DO NOT USE THEIR CREDIT if you do find something you really like. It comes with no protection. They responded saying to email them. It looks nice but it does not take you anywhere. They refused to move anything at all. they had to cut a small piece of drywall and they refused - I do it myself - when trying to connect the washing machine hoses they said that the tube was too high and had to be cut - no, it was not high, and it is composed of two threaded sections, if they removed one it was enough, but they did not want to and did not finish the job. I spoke to customer service to complain about the service and they refused to listen that they already had the delivery report and that it was what it was, that is to say they gave the reason to the deliveries and not to the customer. They refused to pass me a supervisor, a person named Aisha. I decide that I prefer to cancel the order because of these attitudes (especially Aisha) and bad service and that they come for their appliances and they tell me that I have to do a process and that if I want to return my appliances I should go for them myself and go to the warehouse, they lost a good customer (tanks to Aisha) of more than 25 years, and I have bought more than 100K of them.
