He said he could not remember speaking to me about my claim and then yelled at me because he couldn't find any of my information and then he hung up on me! I am disgusted by the way he treated me. His customer service skills are very lacking and considering they are supposed to service their own products, the fact that he didn't even have my name written down is quite disappointing. The way he treated me was vile. I would not recommend buying a product from him ever and he is a complete rude individual. When it arrived, we realized it was not what we expected and we didn't like it. We contacted them the very next day to request an exchange. The stove had not been used and was still in the same condition it arrived in. Unfortunately, we were told that they do not allow exchanges or returns. As a result, we are now stuck with a stove we don't want. For such a large purchase, it's very disappointing that there is no flexibility in their policy, even for an immediate request on an unused item. It leaves customers feeling like their money doesn't matter. This was my first purchase with this company, and unfortunately it will also be my last. There are plenty of other places to shop that offer more reasonable and customer-friendly return policies.

This year, my wife wanted to get some new plants but most of the nurseries and stores near our place were either sold out of the ones she wanted or simply too expensive for what you get. After some research, we found that Harpers had the plants for a great price and it was a quick short drive away - perfect excuse for a road trip to Hamilton. We pre-ordered everything online ahead of time. They were doing front-door pick up so it was really convenient. I'm happy to see that the staff were practicing social distancing and took the necessary measures for everyone's safety. We took a quick walk through the nursery just to see what other selections they had and I have to say, that this is a great one stop shop for any gardening needs. Soil, tools, plant food, pots... anything you can think of they have it. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It felt nice to be in a community space and not a big superstore like Lowes or Home Depot where you have to go chase down someone to get help. These are the kinds of businesses we should be supporting always, not just through a pandemic. I can't wait to order some more greens from Harpers. I always enjoy a good road trip!
