His focus was solely on obtaining payment for his sloppy, overpriced work and appliance repair. He received his payment the same day of service with no remorse or accountability for his lack of professionalism, poor communication and harassment. Because of his sloppy work, I have now incurred cleaning costs for the damage of our tenants new furniture and recently installed carpeting.
