They have always come through for us, even sourcing really hard-to-find parts (although sometimes that can take a while). Because there is a charge per service call, I normally ask them to come and look at two or three appliances at once. (Which only makes sense, since they all need tender loving care.) The techs have also been very helpful in providing information about what can or can't be done for each appliance, and I have used their advice in deciding priorities in replacing appliances as my bank balance permits. I have been very happy with their service. (And very happy with Yelp, since I found them through their entry on Yelp.)

Quite possibly the greatest customer service experience of my life…read more Our six year old dryer was getting power but was dead otherwise. I called over five service companies in the area. They either didn't pickup, don't service Samsung dryers or couldn't get onsite for 5+ days. I called Carlos who was in the middle of a repair. I texted him my information. He was at my house within a couple hours. Carlos was very kind and respectful. He completely took apart my dryer to find the problem. Replaced the defective parts, cleaned the dyer and gave me advice on how to avoid this in the future. $200 for the repair. Kind of stinks considering that's over 1/4 cost of the dryer but it was worth every penny in my opinion. I was not capable of fixing this and couldn't go a whole weekend without washing clothes. Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

I decided at those prices I would throw out the stove and I purchased a second hand Inglis for $300 which is working perfectly. I am sorry I wasted my time and money with JSK.
