We called Lincoln Appliance because of previous, satisfactory work. Mike was the service technician that came to check out our Samsung dishwasher that was becoming very noisy. Upon thorough inspection it was determined that the motor needed to be replaced. We called Lincoln appliance to repair are 2 year old LG fridge only because they were the closest LG warranty dealer(we are in Stoney Creek) they charged us almost $700 to replace the compressor, which lasted 6 months, we called them back for them to tell us are warrant was up, I took the cover off the back of the fridge to find that the technician had stuck a piece of butyl sealant on the hot line to stop it from rattling on the cover, it burnt the sealant then a week later had stopped working.( I have the pictures to prove it). Don't waste your money and time with this company! We bought a new fridge, and not an LG!!! If I could give a no star I would. read more

We've got a bunch of seriously old^C^C^C experienced appliances in our place, so the techs from Lincoln Appliances are common visitors at our place. They have always come through for us, even sourcing really hard-to-find parts (although sometimes that can take a while). Because there is a charge per service call, I normally ask them to come and look at two or three appliances at once. (Which only makes sense, since they all need tender loving care.) The techs have also been very helpful in providing information about what can or can't be done for each appliance, and I have used their advice in deciding priorities in replacing appliances as my bank balance permits. I have been very happy with their service. (And very happy with Yelp, since I found them through their entry on Yelp.) read more

I needed a new switch for my range hood. They were friendly over phone and made a lot of effort helping me find the part. When I got the part it was the exact part and worked fine when installing it. They are a bit higher than ordering part on amazon but I prefer supporting smaller businesses. read more

So I called Lincoln Appliances to check a brand new washer. They came took a quick look told me to call Samsung and left about 5min he was there...got the bill $68.00 for the service call and $88.00 for labour! They did NOTHING! Please people do yourself a favor and call someone else or just replace your appliance because this place will rob you blind. read more

Seems the "covid years" made a once good business into one with 0 Customer Service and rude staff. Rather than sending me an invoice in Any format, I was sent to a Collection agency and charged interest for 2 years, for work that was never even completed. Don't bother using this service unless you wish to be totally abused and frustrated! And don't bother reading their mission statement-it's a joke too! read more

I am in the process of making my 6th service call in 2 months. Incompetent at all levels does not do this review justice. I have not had a properly functioning fridge in over 2 months and have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I have to wait a week for each in house service visit. The definition of insane is them doing the same thing looking for a different result. Dealing with Whirlpool products are just as bad, if not worse. The fridge is 4 years old and cost us over 3k. We called for service on Dec 15th, 2017 for our 8 year old LG Stainless French Door Bottom Freezer refrigerator and after 3 unsuccessful repair visits and a $350 repair bill, we eventually gave up on them and just replaced the fridge on the last business day before Christmas. Was offered a $100 credit for future work but we don't feel this is fair compensation for work done on a very repairable appliance that ended up in the landfill needlessly. . read more

Recently my Washer/Dryer combo stopped working. After contacting LG I was able to purchase an extended warranty for approximately $250 to repair it. Since I had a good service from Lincoln in the past I called them to service it. As it turned out most of my machine's parts needed replacing so I would have their service men their for a considerable amount of time. I couldn't have been more happy. They were on time as promised and the window they gave me made it so I did not have to take an entire day off work waiting. These young but very experienced technicians got right to work dismantling and repairing - or shall I say rebuilding my machine. They were there for over 3 hours, never stopping for a rest, not asking for anything (not that I didn't offer). Such gentlemen. So polite, so professional, clean and tidy and they took care of removal so it was like they were never there. I also had to make several calls to Lincoln and was always greeted with a happy, helpful voice on the other line. I have no complaints about Lincoln and recommend them to anyone. This type of service is hard to find but Lincoln has mastered the art of fabulous customer service. Thank you Lincoln from the bottom of my heart! read more
