I absolutely love the chunky knit hats and scarfs, they have adorable cabin socks with sayings printed on the soles, and hand made jewelry galore, even some super chic lingerie. Perfect place to come in with a coffee in hand because you'll be browsing for quite a while with so many pieces to look at. I would highly suggest coming in for presents as you will find something unique and not cookie cutter. The shop owner is awesome and very friendly, love supporting local talent.

I was attending an event in Burlington, Ontario and wanted to send flowers to the hostess as well as my bestie for letting us crash at her place. I live in Southern California so naturally turned to Yelp. Of all the florist listings, I choose The Flower Market Waterdown because I liked their flower arrangements and the shop also sell home décor and gifts. That worked well with my plan, because I wanted both arrangements to be in interesting/unusual containers, rather than the standard glass vase. I emailed the Flower Market my very detailed requests for both arrangements and Vesna promptly responded. She knew exactly what I wanted and days later emailed a picture of the containers she sourced, and they were spot-on. The morning of delivery, Vesna emailed pictures of the final arrangements and they were perfect. She then emailed to let me know they had been delivered as per my specific afternoon delivery time request for both. Thank you Vesna for two beautiful arrangements and perfectly executing my ideas and wishes! Follow up: The day I arrived home from Burlington, I was told an elderly pet, who I adored, of dear friends had passed away and I wanted to let the family know we were thinking of them. Naturally I emailed Vesna who promptly made and delivered a beautiful arrangement. Thanks again Vesna!!

It's so nice to see what is being sent and it was such an original design and full of colour and my friend loved it. They have a good range of lower-end to very high end products. You can customize your furniture to meet your needs. For tables you can choose leg style, size, colour, etc. For couches there are tons of styles and an overwhelming amount of fabric choices. There are also lots of bedroom pieces, dining cabinets, chairs and bar stools. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I've asked them some pretty detailed questions and they've been able to help me every time. Their prices are already very competitive for the quality they offer and they usually have even better discounts on their floor models. The current promotion is no tax on certain pieces. If you're in the market for new furniture, I highly recommend visiting Joshua Creek.

I had initially found Joshua Creek by chance as we were searching for fabric we liked on the 6…read morechairs we intended to buy elsewhere. When the staff saw us looking through the book they helped us, but not in a pushy commission-earning sort of way. We ended up not finalizing our order elsewhere, as Joshua Creek was extremely helpful in helping us match chairs to our server and dining table. They not only explained how the ordering worked, but looked at our samples to suggest the best way to ensure we were able to match our maple and cherry furniture to our new chairs. The great thing too was we did not have to waste time and haggle on price. We had price shopped the Handstone chairs in numerous places and pricing varied greatly, and we were offered an extremely competitive and reasonable price right away. Our chairs arrived and were excellent, except for one. The stain and grain was substantially different. Joshua Creek took this as an opportunity to earn our loyalty in the future. Not only did they acknowledge the issue, but they picked up, sent back, and re-delivered a proper and fixed chair. In this day and age I find stellar service is hard to find, and it was great to have this taken care of. Although 6 chairs is not a big purchase compared to what some may buy, I appreciate they treated me as a valued customer and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed to the point of deciding to write a review. I will certainly come back, if not for the quality then for the excellent customer service offered. I feel confident buying at a place like this which stands behind what they sell instead of simply taking your money and making you deal with concerns. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made it a great experience.
