Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices. Affordable Comfort Heating & Cooling were amazing! We found that our hot water was not lasting very…read morelong anymore and we knew we had an issue. They were great with pointing out the calcium build up problem and gave us reasonable solutions. We decided to replace the entire Water Heater Tank, and never had another issue. When we moved we had a similar problem, if we ran the hot water for longer than a few minutes it turned a brownish colour. Affordable Comfort were so great we got them to replace our hot water tank with a tankless and they also helped us get the best water softener possible. No matter the time of day, they stayed until the job was completed. We have already decided that we are going to call Affordable Comfort to do regular maintenance on our furnace this winter.
