Over the weekend, our water heater developed a leak. One of the potentially worst problems that could happen to a homeowner. On Sunday night (and Mother's Day to boot) I called Affordable Comfort, expecting an answering machine. Instead, I was greeted by a very helpful receptionist. She booked me a call for the next day. Wyatt arrived, examined the situation, and had the solution in hand in less than 60 minutes. A new tank (I'd expected) installed the next day with the old one taken away at the same time. The two men, Cole and Anthony, that came to install the next day were just as helpful. Full of hints, tips, tricks and recommendations. What I'd been fearing for five years at least, was solved with a single phone call, and three professionals, installed in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Affordable Comfort to anyone that's looking for anything in the heating/cooling/electric/plumbing trades. Our furnace stopped working suddenly despite being relatively new. The company that installed it said the could not send anyone out for 2 weeks! Which we found very disappointing. We called Affordable Comfort and Jessica answered my call and was so personable and professional! They were able to book me in the same week and gave a 2 hour window opposed to 4 which is great when you are busy. We got a reminder call the day before then the tech came and was polite and kept his mask on and boots off! He was able to diagnose the problem right away and actually fix it as it was a common part he has stocked in his van, so no new appointment! Feeling thankful and warm and cozy! read more

The service was excellent starting from the time I booked my appointment with Emily. She ensured I received a technician as quickly as possible Nathan who was my plumber came early with notice. Was friendly and extremely helpful. He replace the valve in my shower along with new fixtures in a very timely fashion. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend him. Fantastic experience from start to finish! I called them when our furnace conked out during the ice storm and we were able to have a technician out to provide us a repair and replacement option. Given the age of the equipment, we went with the replacement unit and they had it installed the next day! I called for a problem with my AC that was not connected to the smart thermostat Affordable Comfort had a technician come out ( Floriano) who was very knowledgeable and he temporarily got my AC running which was great . just waiting for a call back regarding the proper wiring for AC to smart thermostat other than that everything else was great! read more
