They showed up on time, removed the old fencing and installed a beautiful new, excellent quality iron fence in next to no time. I have had a few alignment issues over the years, due to careless landscapers/gardeners and Dean has come and fixed them at no cost to me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were on time (earlier than estimated in…read morefact), right on budget, and the work was fantastic. In the real world, you'd unfortunately get one, maybe two of these things when renovating so we feel extremely lucky. They happily worked with the initial estimate (tweaking here and there) until we were completely happy with the plans and cost. The staff and contractors are all extremely kind and helpful. We had a major issue come up, and instead of simply repairing and carrying on they brainstormed and implemented a preventative fix so that the issue would not re-occur in the future. Paul and Maureen were so easy to communicate with and were transparent throughout the entire process. We made multiple changes to our existing plans, and they never hesitated or became frustrated. They also never pushed unnecessary work onto us and went the extra mile numerous times to ensure our house was safe. The type of renovation we did was a complete gut job - a lot of money and a ton of work, but this team made us at ease and confident the entire way. This review is a bit overdue, but I've been looking for a company to install eavestroughs for my…read morenewest home, and that has reminded of the company that outfitted my old place. Mine was one of four townhouses in a block in Aurora, and we'd had some icing issues during the winter, so we knew it was time to upgrade our twenty-three year-old eaves and downspouts. After getting several quotes and speaking with sales people, we chose Can-Cro. That was a good decision. Although it was quite a few weeks before they installation occurred, when the crew showed up they did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after the job was done. The company had recommended a wider eave and downspout than our old builder grade ones, and that clearly handled any heavy rains and ice loads. The new eaves (with leaf guards) not only looked good, but they functioned well over the following fall and winter. The sales / admin department made sure that we each had a copy of our receipt in case of any future warranty issues. There were none, and when I later sold the townhouse, the eaves still looked really good.
