It took several months to get it installed which was ok as this was expected. However, things went downhill from the installation.The installers left the floor dirty and damaged my interior walls. I had to contact the office to get the walls repaired. The installation was done during the winter and I had to call them several times to make repairs due to the cold air that was coming in through the front door. The next thing that needed constant repair was the door handles. The door handle is now close to the point of falling off - keep in mind that there are no kids in my home and this door is not used daily. After calling and leaving a message, they called me back on Wednesday and told me that someone will call me to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I still have not received a call to set up an appointment. In the mean time we are unable to use our front door for fear of the handle falling off. I truly regret doing business with them and I would advise you not to do so.

Dealing with Brock was a complete nightmare. After our spring 2018 installation was delayed by over…read moretwo months, they showed up with a sliding patio door that didn't fit, a basement window that couldn't be installed because it might cause damage to our ceiling (?), caused $1,100 in paint damage in one of our rooms, and left caulking and other debris strewn all over our front yard. To this day, over a year later, we are still waiting for them to install the patio door and basement window that they had contractually committed to. Instead, Brock has opted to send my wife and I to collections for the final $5k payment (of a $26k job) we retained given the project wasn't completed. Oh and all the "customer service managers" involved in the process conveniently ignored us every step of the way. Even after writing Mike Nolet, their president an email earlier this week pleading our case we have yet to hear back - yet the calls from collections continue. Wouldn't recommend them to our worst enemy!
