But surprisingly he wanted me to sign the contract without giving a formal estimate/Quote either on paper or via e-mail. He said I will provide you the estimate/Quote once I say Yes! How can I say Yes before getting a Estimate/Quote? With this kind of experience even before starting the job, I don't think I should believe in him? He seem to have no credibility. Would anyone believe in his 30 years warranty, No way, certainly not me! I will never entertain such businesses. It was a complete waste of my time.
