We wanted to install vents in the bathroom, and Mike did a great job. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very knowledgeable, clearly an expert in his field. Our house is old, and Mike was able to retrofit fans and set up ducting. The price charged for the service was very reasonable, and I felt I got great value for my money. If you're looking for an electrician you can trust in Toronto/gta and Ontario, look no further. Mike is your guy!

We live next to a forest, and this is the first spring our gutters have been free and clear of debris. They went the extra mile to see that we were fully satisfied with their work. The follow-up after the work was done was superb. This is a clear sign of a business that cares about what they do. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

After they did their work, within a month my basement started leaking again. Regardless of countless emails back and forth with Greg, he refused to make things right and live up to his warranty. Instead he offered another service of his for 4 times the cost of the original work. I wanted Greg to live up to the companies guarantee, however after he agreed to refund my original money. He stopped all communication with me, and has yet to reply... for over a month. This whole thing has been going on for 9 months. Unacceptable. Do not even call this company, it's not worth your energy. Sample of one of Greg's emails: "Steve you paid 1000 dollars for a crack Really think about this I told you we would reimburse your 1000 with the other proposal we gave you why don't you get other quotes from the work and then talk to me I don't know what your looking for here but get other companies in send me there quotes and you will see for your self I am not responsible for your bathroom so get that out of your head cause it does not make any sence I gave you a solution gave you a reimbursement of your money so what are you looking for" ------- In regards to the bathroom, please see the below emails about being covered: Hi Greg, I wanted to follow up as per our discussions for the repair work done today. The crack that caused issues wrapped from one side of the basement starting in the laundry room, behind the bathroom, and into the rec room and adjacent wall. Work was performed in the Laundry room and one wall in the Rec room. Patch work wasn't performed behind the bathroom wall, however as per discussed, please confirm the warranty covers the wall behind the bathroom as well. I would like to question why the patch work wasn't continued along the adjacent wall? And if deemed unnecessary, would like to confirm that it is indeed included within the warranty. If not, I would like to inquire as per why the patch work was not done on this wall considering it was 1 continuous crack. From our discussions, this was included in the quote as it didn't matter how long the crack was. Thanks Greg, I appreciate the work done here. Steve --------- Greg's response: Hey Steve as stated you are covered thank you for using us and any questions please just ask Regards Greg ---- Clearly Greg cannot be trusted.

There were numerous problems with my small bathroom renovation, including damaging two bathtubs and very poor attention to detail and lack of meticulousness. After my first bath in my new, albeit damaged tub, I discovered water on my kitchen counter - he didn't tighten the flange in the bottom of the tub so I ended up with bathwater running under the tub and down inside the kitchen wall and running out the electrical outlet in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend this company!! I don't know how he got good references, but I'm not going to be one of them!! Jackie W. Barrie, ON 705-717-9117
