The experience was, at first, promising, at least when they were "selling" us on their services. When it came to execution (draining the water system at a cottage and turning it back on in the spring) there were mistakes made and much frustration experienced by us. Worst of all, and most unforgiveable, has been their refusal to accept any responsibility for damage caused. We were overcharged for services for which we had received a firm quote, then we were told that a tap had to be replaced (at $800+) when there was nothing wrong with the tap. Another tap, damaged due to poor system draining, they declined to repair or replace unless we paid $400 (I replaced the tap for $76.99). The list goes on. Our attempts to communicate our frustration with the president of the company were unsuccessful; instead were met with more refusals to accept responsibility. Finding a good plumber in cottage country is difficult; keep looking, this isn't it.

I asked them to install a check valve, after some attempts at upselling (he wanted to completely redo my 3 year old setup that includes a brand new Gould pump), he quoted me 4x what the next available contractor charged for the check valve, and because i refused, he then billed me for $169 for doing nothing. I wish I had checked the reviews first. I might as well have thrown my money into my well.
