Super friendly and professional - he had everything ready so we didnt waste time. He showed us our appliances and held our paperwork while we had to deal with a hiccup about the appliances on the builders end (they sold us something that was technically more upgraded than what we were supposed to get) Once confirmed the upgraded appliances were OK to go , Derek had the order processed and with our closing date arriving soon hes always 1 step ahead and is always in contact about delivery and installation. I will only get my appliances from Derek now at TA.

The unit was clearly in unusable condition, that was not at all the unit that was shown on the picture. I sent pictures of the unit to show that it was broken. I was asked to send the unit back to get the refund. Once unit was sent back, I received an email detailing a completely different unit, and refusing to refund the broken unit. This place is SCAM, do not order from this place !!! unless you want to loose your money. Not only do they send you junk, they have you pay for the return of the broken unit and then refuse to refund you !!!

Unfortunately, our Unitized washer/dryer died last week. I shopped at all the big box retailers and…read morefound their delivery charges to be ridiculous and their prices to all be the same. There was also a wait of up to 6 weeks for the order to be delivered! While searching for appliance stores on Google, I came across CAS. On their website, I was able to chat with a real salesperson at 10pm who gave me a great deal on the unit I was interested in, AND waived the delivery and removal charges. I placed my order and paid all through chat. I was shocked to learn that the unit that I had ordered on Monday, would be delivered on Thursday of the same week! The delivery service provides a tracking website to view the status of the delivery on the day of the order and they arrived right on time. They were friendly and courteous throughout the transaction. To be honest, I kept waiting for something to go wrong, or for there to be a catastrophe (as there always is when ordering from Home Depot or Lowes). There were absolutely no issues with purchase or delivery at all. After the machine was installed, I removed the stickers and noticed a small dent under a sticker (not CAS' fault). I chatted again on their website and was told they would send my issue to the manufacturer right away. The agent apologized for the issue and is keeping in touch while we wait for contact from GE. I could not be happier with CAS, and I have already begun to tell my family and friends about the great service I have received. I will definitely be buying my appliances from CAS in the future! Thank you so much. Christopher Rogers

The delivery was unacceptable, but the response to my damage claim was even worse…read more First Class Appliance Delivery, delivering on behalf of Canadian Appliance Source (CAS), arrived four hours late and rushed through the job. The team complained that my appliances were not disconnected, despite my explaining that I had specifically been instructed not to disconnect them. They did not install the new dryer hose or steam attachment, and my brand-new washer, dryer, and walls were damaged during the delivery. At approximately 9:30 p.m., the driver threw the paperwork toward me to sign at the front door while rushing to leave. I was not given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the appliances or my property. My husband was present, and I have CCTV footage to support my account. Their response to my claim was dismissive: because the delivery paperwork was signed as damage-free, they stated that "any claim you feel you might have" against CAS or First Class Appliance Delivery was declined. There was no apology, no request for supporting evidence, and no offer to investigate--just a blanket denial based on a signature obtained during a rushed departure. That wording and approach are particularly insulting when a customer is reporting damage to brand-new appliances and their home. Signing delivery paperwork does not change what happened, and the circumstances deserved an actual review. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. This response showed no willingness to investigate or take responsibility and made an already terrible experience considerably worse.

I purchased a bedroom set on line because I'm in Florida…read more Before doing so, I confirmed that the 8 pieces I ordered were in fact 'IN STOCK'. The order was placed March 27, 2023. Under normal conditions, once an order is placed, a confirmation of the order is sent out. As of today, March 31, 2023, nothing has been received. However, Lastman's Bad Boy charged my credit card. I attempted to call customer service March 29th and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. I then immediately sent an email as directed to do while online with no response. Friday March 31st, I called the Barrie location where I live and spoke to 'Barb'. She was very kind and understanding and subsequently advised that the order number I was provided with is wrong. Furthermore, I was informed that 1 of the items I purchased wouldn't be available until sometime in August 2023. If that's the case, why wasn't i informed? A phone call, message or email. NOTHING. Lastman's Bad Boy fraudulently charged my credit card without disclosing anything. My advice to anyone thinking of shopping at 'Lastman's Bad Boy', DON'T. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! Norm L
