My experience buying a bed was horrible. I'd rented a dumpster to put the old bed into before the…read morenew one arrived, but then the salesperson asked me if I wanted the delivery guys to take the the old bed. So, I thought they could more easily remove it rather than my 85 year old father and I. Then when the new bed was delivered, they refused to take the old bed. They said our city would pick it up. When I phoned the city, they said they don't pick up beds. So now, we were stuck with having to rent another dumpster for another $113.00 to get rid of the old bed. Thus was a queen size bed. I can't lift it on top of my car in order to take it to the dump for a minimal cost. It's too big. When I complained to the salesman, I was told to talk to customer service, who, of course refused to do anything for me. So, why did they ask to take the old bed in the first place, if they refused to keep their word and take it? I shake my head. This has unnecessarily cost me extra money and a lot of aggravation. It's surreal that this is a successful bed store company. I am disappointed in their unprofessionalism to say the least. Customer service does not exist here, for my father and I and has cost us extra money as a direct result of their negligence and carelessness. Buyer beware, if you encounter any issues with this company, don't expect any satisfaction. They don't care and don't listen.

Chris and his wife not only passionate about their products they really care about their customers. Chris went way out of his way to help me to find the right mattress for me and after a very negative experience dealing with another latex store in Toronto I went all the way to Barrie to buy my mattress from this store and I am so glad I did. Tallalay latex is so much better than Dunlop (have owned a Dunlop mattress for 4 years and it has been hell). Chris was great at educating me on the difference between the two, and Unique Sleep is the only store I've come across in Ontario that is dedicated only to Tallalay. I can't speak highly enough about the integrity of this store and of it's owners and this is coming from a die hard comparative shopper who has looked at, visited, and talked to (cumulatively) over 50 latex stores in the USA and Canada over a two year period in which I was researching latex mattresses.
