    The cabinet they said that they would fix with real hardware. Meanwhile just Staples and it fell out on the 30-minute drive home.

    An excusable lack of integrity like nothing I've ever seen before as both an entrepreneur and a patron of businesses. I'm speaking both to our experience with purchasing an RV (a brand new Winnebago micro mini right off the lot) as well as our experience with giant RV service in Murrieta. There is enough space here to detail all the specific things that would reveal the service is subpar and if anything, they straight lie to you write down to saying they'll call you back with an update and they just don't. Specifically to the minor repairs that we had needed after our first shakeout trip (All covered under warranty), only 2 of the four things were fixed. I do not know how naive I was to drive off the lot thinking that they were all fixed. Outlets not working, drawer under the stove fell off for which they told me they replaced the hardware only to find staples used again. Just absolutely inexcusable level of service. I'm 52 and I've been around a few blocks. Generally speaking I am a praise reporting human and if you look at my account you will see that there are far more five stars than there ever are complaints with a one star. When I leave a one star that's me saying I would not support this business with your dollars.

    09/09/2024 I picked up my RV From Service department on Friday 09/06/2024. They completely IGNORED the water heater issue so now im having it towed to Camping World in kearny Mesa for the necessary repairs. Aliece G. is a liar and a fraud! Posting on here like they are addressing customer concerns when I have email history and service records to prove his statement of me not making a service appointment is an outright LIE! BUYER BEWARE These people are con artist and they will try to use "bait & switch" sales tactics. It started with a targeted ad on Facebook for a place known as "camping world" that is not affiliated with giant RV. While browsing the stock of camping world, I somehow clicked on a link that rerouted me to the giant RV superstore in Murrieta. We found a cute little Coleman camper. That was perfect for our needs. It was the smallest and cheapest one on the lot and after driving there to go look at it we saw it up close and it had some minor cosmetic defects being used trailer after a lengthy discussion about our financial situation and our purchase power, our sales associate, Roger comes back with "wonderful news". The Good News is that the financing is too hard to get approved on the Coleman trailer that we wanted originally but they coincidentally got us approved for financing on a trailer that was two times as expensive as the one we had originally been shopping for. While touring us around in this beautiful, immaculately, clean brand new travel trailer my mother fell in love with it and said "this is the one". I held up the suggested real tail price which is the second picture in my review advertising it just under $23,000. As you can see after they "worked their magic" financing department with Leslie we got screwed for another $12,000. BUYER BEWARE! Furthermore in response to the owners response to my review I feel it necessary to state for the record that the paperwork he referred to was not even given to me until AFTER the RV was hooked up to my truck and removed from the lot. Also my breaks are malfunctioning after they did break work on my truck and I now have to file a small claim. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT 100% Additionally the hot water heater failed after months, there was a hole in the floor when we picked it up (probably sabotage but that is mere speculation) UPDATE upon reviewing the install check list i noted that solar has been checked off however it was never installed. additionally the CO2 detector was checked off but not installed. these people are THIEVES! absolute criminals that will keep parts meant to be installed upon delivery to the lot and then charge customers for them à la cart to drive up the price and make even more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BAIT & SWITCH SALES TACTICS FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS CONSUMER FRAUD OUTRIGHT THEFT LIES UPON LIES

    6/4/22 Jr. was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and efficient. We went in on the Tuesday after Memorial Weekend and took advantage of their sale. Paperwork and purchase was complete within a few hours. Our Travel Trailer was a dealer trade coming from Colten. On delivery day, everything was delivered as promised. Leslie in finance, David ( our delivery professional) and Jr. all deserve a round of applause. We are now very happy campers and owners of a Winnebago TT. I can't say enough good things about GIANT RV IN MURRIETA. Ask for Jr, if you want to be treated right. This was our one stop shop. No need to run all over town, as we knew exactly what we wanted.     ENRIQUE is the BEST! If you don't have a clue what your doing he will give you all the information needed to make your decision. If you think you know it all Enrique has tips and tricks. He helped facilitate a fast and easy sale. He went truly above and beyond for us. We could not be happier with our purchase and the impression this guy left on us. He's the number 1 sales guy for a reason! We needed a part he sent it via Amazon We needed help with our hitch he helped us This guy is the reason we will be back!

    Purchased a travel trailer from the Murrieta location in mid-Feb 24'. A blueox weight distribution hitch was included in the deal and set up by the dealer. Coming back from our second camping trip this past weekend, I noticed a lot of play at the tongue of the trailer. When I unhitched the trailer, the ball was completely loose. Turns out the dealer installed a ball with the incorrect shank diameter that was not compatible with the hitch (dealer installed a 1" diameter shank, whereas they should have used a 1-1/4" diameter). No hitch ball bushing was used to make the 1" shank compatible with the 1-1/4" hole. They also cross threaded the nut on the shank (likely because they used an impact gun, which is not best practice). Neither of these things are obvious unless you remove the ball from the hitch. Nevertheless, one (or both) of these mistakes resulted in there being play in the ball connection to the hitch which ultimately caused the nut to partially back off the shank (after two camping trips). This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Forgetting the financial implications, it's scary to think what could have happened to my family (wife and unborn child) if the nut completely backed off and the trailer detached from my truck. As a DIY guy who has owned boats, other trailers, etc., I'm honestly really upset at myself for trusting this dealership's work. I will never make that mistake again. I purchased a new ball with the correct 1-1/4" shank diameter and now need to purchase a 3/4" drive and large socket set to install it correctly. Total cost will be around $150. Giant RV should reimburse me for these costs. Frankly, I should also be reimbursed somehow for my time to correct this unacceptable mistake. Imagine the potential negligence lawsuit that was waiting to happen. I've attached pics as support for the above. Note, in the pictures of the shanks in the hitch, I put the balls in backwards so it is easy to see the shank in relation to the hitch hole size. This shows you how blatant the error was.

They were kind enough to throw new tires on it as I found they were expired, and Terry once again promised no roof leaks because "they know how to check." She also kept complaining about how filthy the van was and how much she had to clean, which I found a bit unsettling. When I asked if I could climb up on a tall ladder to check the roof, that question was dodged. Despite the vibe feeling "off," I took the risk and signed the papers. (A week later once home I had to nag them to get the title mailed). The first leg of the drive was pleasant, except for when the black tank began to stink after going down the road for a bit despite the fact we did not use it. The tank was not flushed out prior to the sale, and we made a pit stop to get the cleaning chemicals needed and flushed it out at an RV dump site. We also found the fridge portion of the fridge/freezer doesn't work, and house heater works intermittently. The touchscreen stereo was so brittle that it cracked, but that happens with older units. The real issue started when we hit rain and the floodgates in the roof opened up. Water spilled down the sides into the cabinets and around the edges of the vents. I was met with a rude reply of "are you sure you didn't hit anything?" when I sent photos of the water coming in. Once home and in the shop we were able to uncover the damage, several years worth of rust and huge holes around every seam, PLUS preexisting damage from the prior owner hitting something on the driver's side, with large amounts of rust covered up with tape. It even seemed as though the last company to seal it was told to purposely cover all the damage (and very poorly). Now we have thousands of dollars worth of damage to repair. We are tasked with replacing the roof and resealing everything, and so far I've been treated with total disrespect by Jeff, who didn't even bother to meet us there in person for the sale. Totally shady deal. BUYERS BEWARE.

On the way home the insulation rubbed off of one of the wires for the Dometic water heater and caused it to work sporadically. I spliced the wire and the water heater unit worked for about two weeks. I called the dealer and they said they could not find anyone in our area to come out and fix it. I googled repair services and Teds Mobile RV repair came up. I sent a link to his service to the dealer. I spoke with Ted over the phone a few minutes later after the dealer contacted him. He said he was booked most of the day but had a little time between calls to come out. He was at our property within an hour and done in two hours. Ted had to replace the circuit board, igniter, and a couple of relays. He also handled the warranty billing through the dealer. I was off property during this service call. Ted also called me when he was done to explain what he did. These days it is sometimes difficult to find people that are good at what they do and do what they say. I was greeted by a fellow yelling at me from afar, trying to get me to go to the showroom by myself. When I finally got him to come out of his office his jaw was going around in circles like a total speed freak, and he did not even know the inventory, I was disrespected and insulted, while trying to buy their finest B+ Atlas with a slide out on a Sprinter dually chassis, 2025 inventory that they had had for a year. Then they bashed my credit to 648. Scott Murphy is the POS who insulted me over and over. They shot gunned my info to 4 credit unions, and 3 banks for 100% financing. Who does 100% financing???? They never even asked me what I wanted to put down, never gave me an agreement to sign. The business manager didn't even have a card. They just gave me the chauvinistic treatment and lost a sale. They are also really poor communicators. They just sent me what I am sure was another insulting letter, I didn't even read it, I just threw it away. Before I went there, I was already looking at another unique coach from Germany for more money. Nice people, super sexy coach, coming in 2026.
