I can not attest to there work but there service person, her attitude is outrageous. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Called next day to see if they had looked at our motor home, I got a lecture on how the appointment was just to see her and it may not get looked at until next Tuesday. When I asked why I had made an appointment the week before she proceeded to give me a whole snotty lecture on how they would get our motor home in some time. Also told me if that was not good enough come and get our motor home, so I did WOW she has such a bad attitude, never will a dime of my money pass there doors. Stopped in today after making an appointment to look at used travel trailers. First : Person who had emailed me to verify appointment was not there. I believe the young ladies name was Kristie ? Second: After explaining to the receptionist three times the purpose for my visit, I was finally turned over to a sales person named Matt. Third : Matt and I proceeded to look at a travel trailer that, though on Giants web site, was being lived in by a service person. Clothes scatted about and a gun laying on the bed. Fourth: In spite of a torn awning and obvious signs of the floor separating , Matt went to the acting sales manager for a price. Considering the condition of of the unit, price given to me was laughable. Fifth: I have own a number of RVs over the number of years. If my visit was/is an indication of what to expect when visiting Giant Recreation there is a need to reevaluate how to spend your money. read more

Big thank you to GRW service department! Purchased a new camper, and before we were able to use it, a squirrel got in the AC unit and ate through the wires. It was the day before our first trip in our new camper, and we were in panic mode. We called our salesman, Cowboy, and the service representative, Doug, to see if they could help us out. They were able to get us in immediately! Service tech, Chris, was able to get us up and running in time for our vacation! After I drop my coach off to their service department for over a month, I pick it up to find out someone has stolen pieces from the interior. General manager promised me he would look into it and contact me and never did. I will never take anything to disestablishment again. Terrible feeling knowing such a large investment would be used as a parts vehicle in a dealership. read more

About a year ago I purchased a new 5th wheel from Giant RV. After about 6 months it had a laundry list of items that needed to be repaired. I dropped it off for a two week period for the repairs to be made. Two months later I finally got a call that it was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick it up my wife and I did a walkthrough of the repairs and found that half the repairs were not done and the other repairs were in worse shape than when I dropped it off. We decided to leave it there and had them call me when it was really done. TWO MONTHS later they called again and said it was done. When we got there to pick it up they had set it out front and wouldn't even meet us to go over it with them. The battery was completely dead , the shower leaks were still leaking even though the ticket said they put a new one in. I am done being patient. I will make it my life's mission to let anyone and everyone know not to buy a travel trailer from these people. Absolutely no service after the sale. read more

Giant RV took a bad experience from the other dealer and made us believe in a dealer again. I regret not having purchased my Cedar Creek 5th wheel from Giant RV. As we were living on the west coast of Florida we purchased it from a dealer close to Tampa and was treated poorly by the sales and service dept. from the day we purchased it. Needing warranty repairs while in Daytona Beach at International RV Resort, due to my RV Park neighbor's high praise for the Giant Service Dept. my wife and I drove to the new Giant RV location and spoke to Kevin and Tony in the Service Dept. We dropped our unit off for warranty repairs and have concluded that our RV Park neighbor that purchased his Cedar Creek 5th at Giant RV is correct. We have purchase 5 new RV's in the last 15 years and have never experienced the professional and courteous service provided by Tony and Kevin and all of the staff at Giant RV. You are treated like you are important from the moment that you are greeted at the door to the time you leave. Our next RV purchase will be at Giant RV. In the future all of our RV purchase and repair referrals to our family, friends and acquaintances will to the great folks at Giant RV. I will say again, Giant RV took a bad experience from the other dealer and made us believe in a dealer again. read more
