Firestone did a shitty job on my 89$ alignment, said they couldnt get it perfectly straight because i had a serious tie rod broke and if i came back woth a year to do that expensive tie rod they would realign it for free. Took it straight to ford for another opinion and to dp my oil change not long after. Ford says thank god you didnt pay for that tie rod its not broken none are. BUT a lil less costly your wheel bearing on the OTHER SIDE is broken please dont drive away like that it could cause your tore to fly off on the highway and kill you..... Lol. Heres the kicker. Thats the same thing firestone said about the tie rod. So i left. Got another opinion from walmart Who said NEITHER WERE BROKEN. Honest 1 also charged me 89$ for a full synthetic oil change and didnt even bother to tell if their was a equal equivalent brand cheaper. Which there is. Not so honest honest 1. I knew I needed a very highly skill team to do the installation since this is not only a safety concern but also involves working on a new vehicle with some fairly innovative features that allows it to be flat towed.
